“Now THIS is a sandwich! The semolina sesame bread is only made better by the STACK of meat they generously pile on, plus all the toppings. I had the roast beef and turkey, and my friend had the eggplant parm… both fanTAStic. Regret I have to drive all the way from Fairfax to get here (we don’t have good sandwich places in the Frfx Sta/Burke area), but I will just to try everything on the menu. “I’ve been coming here for years and always had a great experience. They serve some of the best Italian dishes in all on Northern VA. The place is really clean and the staff are very friendly. It seems to be a favorite spot for locals with a very family friendly vibe. I really like their fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the Pollo Bryan. The calamari here is excellent at well. On Monday nights, they have a large 3 topping pizza for only $11.99 which is an amazing deal for a high quality brick oven pizza. They also have prime rib on Wednesday nights which I love to get too. Whenever I meet up with friends at Giradinos, they all say that the food is great too. I need to try some more of their entrees but it’s hard to when I really love getting what I’m used to. Highly recommend this place if you love Italian dishes, brick oven pizza and some good wine.“

“This place was incredible. The service was excellent and everyone was super friendly. The servers were knowledgeable about the food and the drinks and were able to make recommendations when asked for them. On top of the food, we tried 3 different alcoholic beverages, their seasonal white, a sparkling rose, and limoncello. Each was incredible and paired great with the food. The entrees were really flavorful and unique and the desserts were perfectly balanced. Special shoutout to our waiter Angel for being incredbly kind and friendly! Not a fan a dogmatic menu statements against substitutions, etc. Also my wife was not impressed with having to ask for (and pay extra) for a tiny bowl of side pasta for chicken parm. Tables seem to be too close together. Overall OK experience being our first time there.“

The Birthday Vibe:
We chose Olive Garden for its family-friendly atmosphere to celebrate a birthday. It is our go-to spot for important milestones, and they didn't disappoint.

The Service:
Our waitress, Mariela, took care of our large group and she was a total rock star! She was professional, warm, walked us through the menu, and perfectly answered all of our questions.

The Appetizers:
We started with the Lasagna Fritta and Calamari—both were fantastic and disappeared quickly.

The Soups:
Out of this world! The Zuppa Toscana (spicy Italian sausage, kale, and potatoes in a creamy broth) had the absolute perfect taste and seasoning. We also loved the Chicken & Gnocchi, and the Minestrone was a wonderful, vegan-friendly option for our table.

The Main Dishes: Everything we ordered for our entrees was absolutely delicious.
