“Original baker had an error on a cake for a 65th birthday. I went to Fran’s the same day they corrected the entire image and reprinted it so I could fix it!! They were so kind and cared that this was a special event for my boyfriend’s mom. Very attentive to detail, went over dimensions with me, and was able to print the image RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! Exceptional service!“

“The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. Sam’s customer service and responsiveness were Exceptional and he helped me decide on the mini cakes Since I only had four people to serve. Well, I wish I’d ordered more because they were so delicious and beautiful! I’ve never had such decadent, chocolate cake, and my group loved them too. I ordered the chocolate delight, the chocolate pistachio, and the chocolate hazelnut flavors. I look forward to being a repeat customer.
