“Original baker had an error on a cake for a 65th birthday. I went to Fran’s the same day they corrected the entire image and reprinted it so I could fix it!! They were so kind and cared that this was a special event for my boyfriend’s mom. Very attentive to detail, went over dimensions with me, and was able to print the image RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! Exceptional service!“

We were so pleased with our wedding cake; the flavors, texture, and uniqueness of what she delivered! The cake received rave reviews from all our guests & it was just stunning! “I ordered mini cakes from this bakery last week for a birthday celebration. Sam’s customer service and responsiveness were Exceptional and he helped me decide on the mini cakes Since I only had four people to serve. Well, I wish I’d ordered more because they were so delicious and beautiful! I’ve never had such decadent, chocolate cake, and my group loved them too. I ordered the chocolate delight, the chocolate pistachio, and the chocolate hazelnut flavors. I look forward to being a repeat customer. Another plus was that Sam took my order over the Thanksgiving holiday when my normal bakery was closed. I’m so happy to have found this location!“
