The chicken karaage is a personal favourite — crispy, juicy, and dangerously moreish. The mini salad deserves a shout-out too; that dressing? Chef’s kiss. I regularly go for the chicken yaki soba or the beef teriyaki, both beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and consistently spot on. Add gyoza as a starter and you’re winning at life. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive — the kind of place where you feel remembered, not processed. Every time I’m back in Fairfax County, this is the place we go. “Umami 😌🤌🏻🤏🏻 every single dishes is great! The sushi was spot on!! 🍣🍜🍱 Plus first time trying “A5 Wagyu” num num num exceptional service from Thai employees!! I’m so proud of them! He asked me is it my first time here? So Yes! Then he started recommending all of those signature dishes which I was gonna ask him since the first place but he did a very good job beginning with that! Plus he was genuinely kindhearted and care for his guests. The chef(I guess)also delivered food by himself with A5 Wagyu and other stuffs for you! The music also made it a lot more enjoyable! “I get the fire korona roll from here and it’s the best sushi I've ever had. Its always without fail fresh and delicious. The only suggestion i could make is for them to give more then 1 soy sauce cup when multiple rolls are ordered, as my delivery orders are typically for 2-3 people. Chopsticks would be nice too.“

They are known for generous portions and reasonable prices for the food they serve. The service was slow, as only one person was serving and taking orders, but overall, it was okay. Sushi and sashimi for one person were large and could be shared between two, offering a generous selection, although nothing particularly stood out, even though they were fresh. The pork skewers were also large in portion, and the price was excellent, but the quality of the food didn’t meet expectations. If you are a big eater, this restaurant is definitely an excellent choice.“
