“I've been here many times now and have yet to have a bad meal. Highlights include their pastel de queso, the sonso de yucca, the empanada arroz and the sopa de mani but there's so much more including delicious Saltenas and if you're really hungry their Majadito. The staff is super friendly and attentive and they are easy to find with good parking. This will definitely be one of my first stops anytime I am in this area.“
“I’ve lived in the area for years and have been waiting for a coffee shop in this neighborhood. Semicolon is wonderful! Very cute and modern inside. The Bulgogi sandwich is soooo good. I also love their Biscoff latte. Delicious! The cost of the specialty latte however is a little high. Though $7 for a latte is pretty normal, the size is quite small for the price.“
“The atmosphere is beautiful, you can also watch the matches and enjoy watching, and in the evening, what an atmosphere and places to sit outside, you can enjoy the shisha, and there is also a food cart, you can enjoy here, and the service here is beautiful, they help you with anything, and I would like to thank Rabie, he helps us a lot, thank you Rabie“
“I recently visited Raki Cafe and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure that my experience was enjoyable.
The goat meat and other tibs(steak) is amazing. I recommend you to try it.

“I work in the building and these ladies are incredible. They manage everything from personal orders, catering, to delivery, etc. Even more they are always on time and deliver a perfect quality product. This is so important as I work with physicians, nurses, executives, etc. and they always request Java Works. Great job and I hope yall get more MONAAAYYYY for the hard work.“

“The Park Ave. Cafe is a highlight of the "food scene" at the hospital. The Southside Cafeteria is terrible, bland, understocked, and overpriced. The Panera is sort of a Panera Lite. But even without those to compare it to, the Cafe is inexpensive, friendly, with healthy-sized portions, and a good selection. Wander back to the Old Building and check it out.“
“Very good coffee. Excellent atmosphere. Friendly staff.“

“Hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had in a long time. Consistently top notch with a fresh bakery and friendly staff that makes you feel welcome! Cozy environment not super crowded pictures that are hanging on the wall gives a nice calm feel. The only downside is it is a little bit hidden behind a main road“

“This is a good lunch or breakfast spot. It doesn't look like much, but some of their dishes have surprised me. Their Chicken Quesadilla is probably the best I've ever had. I like their Chicken Club Sandwich as well. I give it 4 stars for service simply because they can only do so much with so little. If you go during their peak busy times, you are guaranteed to wait a while. It can really mess up your lunch break. Ordering online beforehand can help avoid the wait, but not always.“

“An aesthetically pleasing Panera location in a really cute neighborhood with the same great food, service and atmosphere I love at Panera. The team members are very friendly and welcoming and the shop is very clean.
Parking is a little more difficult in this area. There's only street parking available.“

“Going to Godfrey’s was a delight, Cosy and friendly atmosphere! Excellent customer service and the food was to die for . I enjoyed every bite and strongly recommend this Awesome Bakery Cafe.“
“Took myself and my 5 month old out to lunch today and was welcomed instantly into this Creperie. The atmosphere was fantastic and I’m not surprised knowing the style and taste of the owners other ventures. My cappuccino and crepe were wonderful and they were quick to deliver my bill which is something I so appreciate with a newborn who might quickly decide they are done with the outing. Can’t wait to come back with my three year old, I know he will devour the sweet crepes!!“

“We were negatively greeted as a party of 6 without a reservation, g given a table next to a control for a lift which my niece had to maneuver all night. Oddly enough the restaurant did not seem that full because we were there early. The hostess was a little snarky. Service was good. Food was Excellent which saved the family evening. We were in town for a funeral and could have used some consideration. Food Excellent“

“One of the best tasting meals I have had in a long time, the depth of flavors was on par with some of the Micheline Star experiences I’ve had in the DC area. Awaze Tibs were so so good! Mouthwatering meat in delicious medley of sauces and veggies, I couldn’t stop eating it! And the veggie combo plate was nothing short of satisfying with an amazing array of flavors. The Ingera from Ethiopia was incredibly light and tasty. Love this place! The cashier was polite and helpful, and the chef deserves all the compliments! Will definitely be back“

“Amazing place. Treat you like family. Hüseyin is usually in front (super generous and friendly) along with his dad or another staffer, and I think his mom makes the pastries herself through a delicate time-consuming process. Of course have the strong Turkish coffee, no milk or sugar! Not sure if they still do but at some point a small Turkish coffee came for free with your meal.
Note: the dish usually comes with a more appetizing looking cream; it was added after this photo (and to his credit he remembered right after someone else served it, happens!)
Also, once I asked Hüseyin about a lemon based Turkish hand sanitizer and he just gave it to me. Good guy.“
