“Not bad... quick service, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their "Dark roast coffee" is not a dark roast. (They might call it dark, but is not) But still a quick service coffee place for us in fort Lee.“

It’s kinda tucked away, not all over the place, which is exactly why it’s dope. Plenty of seats too, so you can kick it with the right crew or fly solo. Parking? Got you covered.“

“I only recommend the caramel ribbon crunch swig. You must request extra and emphasize extra to get what you want. Overall acceptable. I only patronize during a sale to avoid the price gouging they enjoy.“

“Awesome local breakfast place. The people that work here are so nice and go out of their way to make sure the order is allways correct. We have ordered take out here several times, and not one time has anything been incorrect, and every single special request has always been done to perfection. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TIP YOUR WAIT STAFF whether eating in or taking it out they still do all the work either way.“

“An amazing leader once said “excellence doesn’t happen by accident“ in this picture you will see an early morning Starbucks huddle I happen to be out and about and not at my local Starbucks, but found my amazing manager (Anthony) with the Colonial Heights manager in an early morning huddle with the district director who is totally amazing and was very instrumental in recognizing my local store in Hopewell and it’s Veterans. My sincere hope is corporate headquarters will find this post and perhaps give the managers and district director kudos and maybe even some type of raise.“
“Even though there's usually quite the line at this location they are exceptionally courteous and always take care of their customers with the utmost caring concern for them during that 5 minutes that you're interacting with them always something new to try coming out throughout the different seasons so even though they tend to sell out quick there's usually something always pretty good to pick from if you're looking for something you to try. I would definitely recommend this location it's the one I go to.“

“My 9 year old Granddaughter and I went here on a Saturday. She ordered 3 different goodies (a cookies and creme cake pop, a brownie, and a big chocolate chip cookie) and an iced coffee drink....not sure what it was called. It had extra caramel drizzle and whipped cream. I tasted it, and it was delicious. I had a piece of walnut loaf bread and a hot coffee drink that had cinnamon in it. I can't recall the name of my drink either. I wish I had gotten the same drink my Granddaughter had gotten. Mine was okay, but hers was definitely better. We dined inside, and it was very quiet. The young man who took our order listened attentively and gave us both what we described. We did ask him for his suggestion from our description.“

“The staff yesterday was amazing. Thank YOU guys for listening/ caring/ and giving my sweet pup, Ranger a pupcup. He loves them so much. The staff asked for photos because I told them how much he enjoys the weekly Starbucks pupcups.. They gave him an additional one. It's the small things. You guys truly made my day. Thank you so much. Customer service at its best. 15/10 experience. The best Starbucks to go to in the area.“

“It would be a five star rating because I never have issues with this location as far as service, speediness, or food out of stock, but it grinds my gears that they don’t put napkins in the bag. Donuts can get messy. Coffee can spill or drip. I don’t feel like I should have to ask for them. I wanted to ask for one yesterday but they closed the drive thru window immediately after I got my food At least give me one or two to wipe my fingers after eating. Sheesh.“

“A Hidden Gem for Coffee Lovers! Everyone greets you with a friendly face and genuine conversations. Pastries are to die for, Homer Simpson doughnut is delicious! I love the ambiance of the store and the fresh brew coffee smells so comforting and inviting! The drip brew coffee tastes great. My personal favorite is the Bloody Valentine!
