“I stop by this Chick-fil-A about once a month, usually for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich — it’s consistently hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy. The waffle fries are usually cooked just right, and the sauces (especially the Chick-fil-A and Polynesian) never disappoint.
Service here is quick and polite; staff are always friendly and keep things running smoothly even when the drive-thru line wraps around the building. The dining area is clean, tables get wiped down often, and restrooms are well maintained.
The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that the line can get long during lunch rush, but it moves faster than most places. Overall, a dependable stop for great chicken and standout service.“
“Chicken filet A is known for customer service and quality food but the restaurant in particular demonstrates a firm commitment to the tenants. We're met with a greeting in the parking lot and multiple times before ordering. Watching the managers and staff interact with one another showed a great work environment set by leaders and great hiring of staff. All this resulted in better than great customer experience. Yeah fil-A!“
“We stop here once a month on our way to visit family and usually everything is great but the nuggets this time tasted like either the oil got too hot and overcooked the normally perfect breading or needed to be changed. Fries were still good so maybe the nuggets were cooked just a little too long. If we had eaten in, I am sure they would have replaced them so next time we will check before leaving the drive through.“
“Good place for a quick bite. Ample parking spaces available. Restaurant was open at 10 am and enough persons were there to assist. Great customer service. Spicy chicken biscuits and spicy chicken sandwiches were delicious. Wait time to order was less than 10 minutes and got the order also within 10 minutes.“
“I hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch; people feeding tantrum makers, handing me bad deals and bills, dearth of support or fixes or what is necessary for fully functional growth. Perhaps needless to say, it was not a good day and I was not in a good mood. I needed a bit of food, kindness, and a moment of peace. All three things achieved here and some genuine gratitude for a few minutes before it was back to work. Thank goodness for good customer service and a healthy meal.“
“The food and service was excellent as usual, but I find it odd that you literally can't get regular mustard at a place where it costs 40 dollars for three people to eat. I feel like this is a basic condiment and the shelf life of packets is such that they could keep some on hand. Admittedly a small complaint but glaring for a company so focused on customer service.“
