“We live an hour away and still only go to Frank's Monster Munchies Cantina when we want carne asada. We have tried numerous places in VA for the last 6yrs trying to find the same taste as back home (Cali) and was constantly disappointed till we tried Franks. y'all are the only place that delivers that same quality and taste we were missing/looking for. The atmosphere is one of a kind and always top notch service and respect.“

“I came here for Steven…he’s a great bartender but management was so bad there was a lady that was unprofessionally she was touchy with her boyfriend, rude, on her phone while it was busy and not helping the other employees I don’t think she’s management material“

“First time I ordered here, I accidently ordered from the app while sitting in a Taco Bell up the road. I am not normally in this area. Everyone here was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was really good. I hadn’t eaten Taco Bell in a while and started eating here again in the past few months. Every time I eat at this particular restaurant the employees are always so friendly. It is fun to listen to the banter while I wait for my food. If you are a fan of Taco Bell and in the area i definitely recommend this location. I also tend to customize my food and so it is really great that not only is it fresh it always tastes good. “I don’t know who the manager is at this location but word of advice is to never ever get rid of Paul He has the most exemplary customer service I have ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant. He was so friendly and attentive. I haven’t even tried the food yet, but even if the food is nasty, I would come back just for his service. That is what I am talking about you make sure you keep him around and please don’t take advantage of your good people“

“Great place great employees just is hard to get an actual person to take your order they avoid eye contact with someone at the counter and expect you to use the kiosk that is my only complaint about this restaurant oh and they get very upset when you don't want to use the kiosk and if you come in early in the morning they act like it's an even bigger issue to take your order cause they just opened“
