“My wife and I heard about this restaurant from some friends and we decided to try it out for lunch on a beautiful Friday afternoon. We got there at about 2:30 and the staff were eager to help and serve us. We were the only people in a very nice dining area which did not distract from excellent service. We order a glass of wine and a Draft beer. Full lunch menu and we order the grilled chicken sandwich and the Philly Steak sandwich. Both were excellent and well prepared. Also had some onion rings and fries and they too were great. excellent experience and we will return.”

“We enjoyed our visit to Dano's. The food was fresh and the service was friendly! We had pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks, and fried mushrooms... oh, and fries! Those fries were so good!!

So the pizza was delicious. Had plenty of toppings. We had a meat lovers and it did not disappoint.

Oh, we had a steak n cheese sub, too. It was just right. I ordered the 6 in and it was filled with good steak & melty cheese - I added mushrooms and sweet peppers 😋. I tried to get a good picture (after I'd been munching on it 😂) to show you the inside, but the pic really doesn't do it justice. I'd asked our server about the bread before ordering, and the bread was literally perfect. It had the slightest toast which gave it wonderful texture while maintaning the soft freshness throughout. (She told me you can order your bread anyway you like, so if you're more of a toasted bread person, let them know.)

The wings were really good too. Good sauce flavor (we had hot) and they gave us more sauce upon request. The wings were cooked well, creating a tender bite with just the right snap.

The mozzarella sticks had crazy cheese pull! And the marinara that came with was a good accompaniment. Finally, the fried mushrooms were run of the mill, but again, fresh and served with a great attitude.

The owner made rounds to check on us and make sure everything was to our liking. That was thoughtful and welcome.

We would definitely go back again.

“STB has the best smash burger I have ever eaten. Everything is consistently hot and toppings are fresh. Our grandson loves the hot dogs and both styles of lobster rolls are delicious. Friendly service too. Lobster rolls make me feel like I’m on vacation. You should stop in and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Amy Denney Urbanna”

“Wow! Staff is excellent! Food was really excellent!! We got a second bowl of chips and dips and not even 5 minutes later our food was out. I had Pollo Jalisco. You have already seen what I said about the food, excellent! Flan was the best I’ve ever had! I never got below a half cup of sweet tea. The staff was right there before we needed to even ask for anything. All told we were done eating chips, drinks, and our entrees in 35 minutes. So we decided to get dessert. Still under an hour for a family of 4 and the price was also good for food and dessert in these times! They will be getting more business from us!”

“My family and I tried this gem today, and we were honestly blown away. I’m a restaurant industry veteran, and I can say with confidence: this is easily some of the best food in Urbanna. ​I had the 'Mother Cluckin' chicken sandwich (incredible flavor!), my husband loved his BBQ, and the tenders were a hit with our daughter. A huge shoutout to our waiter—he actually hand-made our lemonade, which was a refreshing touch you just don’t see elsewhere. We couldn't resist grabbing some strawberry ice cream, fresh cinnamon raisin bread, and a few tinctures from their shop up front. ​Everything was top-notch. My only heartbreak? We left our to-go box on the table! We’ll definitely be back for a round two.”

“My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend at the Hope & Glory! The accommodations were beautiful and charming. We especially loved the flowers in the garden. The Inn was quiet and peaceful. The pool was perfect. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff is incredible and we could tell they put a lot of heart into making sure their guests have a welcoming and special stay. They make you feel right at home. “Wonderful experience! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by all of the flavors, the wine, and the service. We started waking up our palettes with the Bao buns served with smoked maitake butter and the clams…so yummy (we could have picked it up and drank the whole thing of broth). We then shared a cup of the maitake mushroom soup, another amazing choice. As if we weren’t full on those flavors, we ordered our entrees. My husband had the bratwurst and I had the homemade lamb and gnocchi dish…wow! Our wine selection went great with all of the dishes. I had their wine selection of the day, a sparkling dry German wine with hints of raspberry and strawberry. We highly recommend Adrift for both the food and the service!”
