“Thank you Cracker Barrel for stepping up your "Customer Service" skills. I receently picked up a take out order that I was not pleased with. When I went to pay for the order, the cashier acknowledged the complaint and called for a manager. The manager immediately apologized and corrected the problem. Thank you for getting it right! “Wine selection - amazing. Service - wonderful. Food - honestly not good. My steak was very undercooked and my boyfriend's steak was flavorless. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and yes that matters to me. Will I be back for dinner - no. Will I be back for a drink - yes.“

“We had lunch at Red Robin and had a wonderful server named Bruce. He was an exceptional server and very attentive. We are going through a stressful time right now and Bruce was a bright light in our day. We highly recommend him and the restaurant for their food. Thank you so much Bruce, we hope to see you again before we move on with our travels.“

“Husband and I eat breakfast on Sundays at Gainesville Diner. Such a friendly atmosphere, our food is always delicious and hot. Amy is always our waitress--she is absolutely amazing, always friendly, and makes us feel as though we are her very dear friends. She brings us our coffee first thing without us even having to ask for it. The food is great, but Amy is what makes Gainesville Diner so very special.“

“The burgers are better than average. It's a pretty good deal for a sizable hamburger. They will cook it to your desired temperature. The fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks are all very good. They make fresh milkshakes and bake brownies and chocolate chip cookies on site. The brownies are very moist with a good chocolatey flavor.“

“Wednesday night, we dined in and had a wonderful experience. My husband said his steak was perfectly medium and melted like butter. Our server, Ashley was absolutely the best. Too bad I am not local, or we would visit often. I appreciate the great dinner.“

“I have been dining at this place for about 30 years and have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent as is the service. The restaurant is always cleaner than a hospital. I wish I could give it 20 stars. I know what really fine food is. I was a trained chef in the Army, and I cooked for high ranking officers and dignified officials in Washington DC.“
