I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. “We LOVE THIS PLACE! But we we'd rather not come to the city. We come here once or twice a month. If they'd put on in Mechanicsville we'd get it even more. (If we could get near the place! Haha) best fried chicken in the Richmond area. I even use them for work lunch training classes.

Also as for the staff, this is the only place I know that can move the number of people in and out as cood as Chick Fil A! The staff here is amazingly efficient and friendly.“

“I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“

“Yum. Raising Cane's does everything right - simplicity, speed, chicken, and toast. Despite being right by the Diamond this is our go-to Cane's, it's always pretty fast and the quality is excellent. Game days can get a little slower but not by much. Just beware - turning into the drive through lanes is harrowing since it's literally RIGHT AWAY after turning into the parking lot, so some due caution is necessary to make sure you don't end up t-boned by a car coming from Toast or rear-ended by a car also turning in.“

“The biggest downside is the traffic surrounding these restaurants. I'm surprised no one has been hurt. If you want to find in it's usually getting past a gamut of impatient drive thru customers. I like the food and service is great but I've chosen elsewhere many times because of the traffic that you have to get through especially with a couple of young kids. I think this has been the same at every chick-fil-a, I'm sure too much traffic is a good problem to have.
UPDATE: THE TRAFFIC SITUATION WAS FIXED! I no longer feel as if I'm placing mine and my kids lives into jeopardy just walking into this place. They rerouted the drive through traffic and the entrance is clear of traffic. Very nice! Thank you.“

“I have been eating Long John Silver’s for over 20 years. This location is the closest to me at about 30 minutes. My husband and I went today because we saw they had fried pickles. We were served immediately, the restaurant was super clean. The staff really was enjoying their time. You could just tell they were having a good day and a good time. Everything was super fresh. The fried pickles were probably some of the best I’ve ever had. I wish there was a closer location, but I will be making the drive more frequently.“

When it was brought out to me it looked like a taquito ( a 1/3 of the size). A manager came over and was not happy when I told him that. He said that was their normal size chimi’s. To top it all off when I took my first bite it was lovely.“

“Honestly, I’ve only ever had cook out twice, but I can tell you it’s honestly some of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and the shakes are really good! The food and service were phenomenal, they were excellent, the interior was nice, I looked the wood and rustic feel to it!“

“I had the country wrap at Kenn-Tico Wraps and it was absolutely delicious. The wrap was filled with tender slices of turkey breast, country ham, and chicken salad. All topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo. But the best part was their new habanero and ghost pepper hot sauce that I added to the wrap. It was so tasty and spicy, it got me sweating. It was the perfect balance of flavor and heat. If you love spicy food, you have to try this hot sauce. Kenn-Tico Wraps is my favorite food cart in Richmond. They have fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a great variety of wraps to choose from. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a satisfying lunch.“

Not loving this layout as much as others... everything is crammed together at one end...food service, coffee and registers are tight, but tons of open space on floor elsewhere.
Coffee area is too small, only access milk or creamer from sides while only a few feet from ordering station.
Then add any kind of line a register and it's a cluster. Poor design!“

“I went at 1030pm, the dining area had closed so I used the drive thru. I ordered a Diablo Nugget Combo Pack.

Service was polite. Food came out quick and accurate.

I did see some people coming back - but not sure if they got the order messed up or why.
