“I came here last Friday evening, and was shocked that they were not busy. The inside was completely empty, with no customers. I did a pick up order, so I grabbed my order and left. For the few moments that I was inside, the customer service was good. I placed an order for the jalapeño poppers, hot wings (8 count), and a philly cheese sub. A few of the poppers were burnt but overall, everything was delicious. I'll come back for sure in the future.“
“Lisa was our server at this restaurant. Very attentive and friendly. And a beautiful smile. One thing I always look at is the customer service in the restaurant. So I'm thankful for the great customer service we received from Lisa. This was my first time in this restaurant. And of course I am in the top 10% of Google restaurant reviewers. The food was good but something on the lasagna tasted kind of canny. Now I could be wrong because I don't know you know I'm not back there to see what's going on. But other than that the food was excellent. Right now I am not going to review on the pizza I bought because I haven't even tasted it yet I took it as a to go item but in the restaurant I did order the all meat lasagna and it was very good. It had a home atmosphere to it. I am going to recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives locally or if you're just passing through stopping at vincenzo's and get you a great meal and some great customer. Thanks again“
“Far exceeded expectations! In town for a soccer tournament and called to see if they can accommodate our party of 40 that evening. They told me they have another party at 5 and when they're done the area is ours. The service was exceptional and the food was much better than anticipated. Not that we thought it would be bad, but we didn't think it would be that good. A bunch of New Yorkers eating Italian in Chester VA all had a great meal. From Pizzas to Italian baked dishes, pastas and specialties everyone enjoyed. Great Job Pietro's, we'll see you again next year!“
“Went there for dinner with friends at 5:00 pm today. Once everyone is there and had our drink orders it took about twenty minutes for server to return to take meal order. 4 meals were brought pretty soon but the 5 th meal was about 20 mins later. Was not anything special and should have been along with the other dinners. Employees or Owners children were in a booth at the bar side eating area and at times were very loud. Loud to the point of startling us at times. Could be the reason for the lite inhouse trade. Good for takeout, not so much for dining in.“

“This local restaurant is pretty good. It's a fun place to walk in as they have tables & chairs and a full dinner party setup on the ceiling... like the room is upside down. But it's definitely dated, but the service was pretty good each time we have been there (3-4 times now.) The food is good, not amazing, but pretty good. Like everywhere else, the prices for dinner was comparable to others. It actually cost a little over $100 for 5 adults with 4 teas and a water for our dinner this time... which I have to say I wasn't expecting 100%... but it was 5 people and most got the sampler special at $17 each... I think we normally come around lunch time when the prices are slightly lower.Overall (if you can afford the price) it's a nice place with friendly people. No major disappointment other than sticker shock...“

“Met some friends here for dinner. Nice interior - not too loud, so we could have a conversation. Service was great - cheerful and attentive (sorry I don't recall her name). Star of the evening was the limoncello cake with a drizzle of raspberry. This dessert by itself was worth the drive!“

“You get a lot of food for your money. The rolls were good and looked homemade. I wish they could of been half the size so you could have more of the yummy parmesan garlic butter on them. The kids meal came with ice cream. The lunch special is printed real small on the menu. I didn't even see it. It also didn't tell you how much it would cost. The menu also said you could watch them make a pizza. But that isn't quite true. When they lift up the lid to the ingredients it blocks you from seeing them make the pizza. Very disappointed.“
“Delicious food! Went in for lunch and had garlic knots, lasagna, stromboli and salads. Best grilled chicken I've had on a salad in a long time. Some people might disagree with me, but I love that their garlic knots aren't drowned in oil. Flavorful without being greasy, and the dipping sauce is SO good I want to take some home by itself for my own pasta. Lasagna was good, and stromboli was flavorful- the pepperoni has a great flavor. They also have EXCELLENT prices. Many things on the menu for lunch are $10 and you can't beat that for fresh food. Decent service and the restaurant could use an update, but we will be back to try something else.“
