“We hired Orlean Market and Pub to be the caterer for our daughter’s wedding last week. To say that they did a wonderful job would be an understatement. They were amazing. I wish I could remember the names of all the staff that worked during the wedding reception. I know one was Missy, I wrote the other names down but lost the paper. From the first time we met with Kia and his staff, I knew that we had made the right decision to hire them as caterers. We had a tasting with them, and our daughter and soon to be son-in-law loved their food. They both wanted their favorites – groom’s favorite was fried chicken and our daughter’s favorite was mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. Kia was very helpful with decisions on appetizers and entrees and his choices were spot on. All the guests commented on how delicious the food was. When Kia and his staff first arrived at the venue, we discovered that one of the two refrigerators that we needed to use was not working. Kia didn’t let that bother him, he remained very calm and rearranged the stuff in the working frig and made it work. His staff was great during the entire wedding and reception. I kept asking if they needed anything and they had everything under control. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went. I would definitely recommend them for any event.“

“They’ve got some really pretty scenery here. I did the tasting menu which had three different tastings to choose from so I could cater to my taste. The wines are unique and delicious and the sommeliers are very knowledgeable and share a lot of behind the scenes information about the wines“

“I went to Great Harvest to get a sandwich for my Mom who is 80 and sometimes not up for heading over herself. I told the staff what I was doing and asked their help in picking out a sandwich, and we decided on the California Cobb (I didn't put the blue chees on it - my mom later told me - I love blue cheese.) I had a great time talking about my mom and the manager told me about her mom and we reminisced about how our mothers had shaped and made us the people we are today. At the end, she gave me a bag of her amazing cookies to give to my mom for free!!!! It was a really pleasant experience for me, and everything that is rewarding about dealing with a small town business. I grew up in Warrenton, and remember as a kid that main street was largely vacant, and not the vibrant place it is now. What a great place! Great Harvest, thank you for making my day.....and my Mom's Day too, she loved her sandwich and bonus cookies.“

Overall, I would absolutely come back but it wasn't the perfect experience I envisioned. The property is charming and very romantic!“
