“Our wedding day at Keswick Vineyards was perfect from start to finish - not an exaggeration. Everyone on staff made the entire day seamless, so we were able to truly just arrive and enjoy the day. When weather caused a hiccup in our day, our cocktail hour was moved under the tent no problem, drinks were brought to the wedding party while we waited out the storm, and we were able to keep to our schedule due to Cindy and team's fantastic planning. The venue itself was beautiful - the pool, house, and vineyard made the perfect photo backdrop, the carriage house where we got ready was the perfect secluded spot for our wedding parties, and I just truly didn't have to think of a single thing. The inclusions to the venue rental (tent, chairs, tables, etc.) made planning that much easier, along with vendor recommendations, and Cindy and team are true professionals who know what they're doing and will ensure your day is just about you and your love story. We were also lucky to have Cindy as our month of coordinator, which if you're lucky enough to snag one of her limited spots, DO IT! Going into our wedding, I truly felt so stress-free and like everything was out of my hands and handled. I truly cannot recommend getting married here enough, and it makes me so happy that we'll be able to share a bottle of Keswick wine together each anniversary. Just truly can't fit how wonderful this whole team and venue is in a single review. I am so grateful our wedding day was so special and perfect thanks to this place. This is a dream venue.“

“Decided to visit the city of Charlottesville Virginia with the husband. Found this brewery and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be an excellent choice.

Our bartender Tatum was charming, incredibly knowledgeable about the product and gave us great suggestions. Honestly, their Harringbone NE Hazy IPA is the best I've ever had. With that bright citrus beginning and a smooth ending, it doesn't have the aftertaste that so many hazy IPAs have. I like the fact that they offer a 6 oz pour on most of their beers.

I also had the farro, wild rice, quinoa salad, a tasty blend of roasted veggies, mixed greens, toasted walnuts and a citrus herb vinaigrette, topped with feta cheese. It was very tasty indeed.

If you're in the area, check it out! You will not be disappointed.“

“I promised the owner of this joint that I'd write a glowing review, since I rhapsodically praised his talents in person earlier today, and I'm thrilled to do so.

The Brassica Oleracea is, quite simply, the greatest sandwich I've eaten in my life. It's a delicious mix of carefully considered ingredients that combine perfectly into a sweet and savory blend, and the textures all interplay perfectly. The focaccia is outstanding. And the broccoli is flawless - the char is incredible, and there's not a hint of sogginess. If you're a vegetarian, you'll be delighted. And if you're a meat eater, you'll also be pleased - every sandwich on this menu is an imaginative and delicious feat.

It's bare-bones, and extremely clean. You punch your order into a kiosk, and they have a modest selection of drinks (there's also water with paper cups available). There's a little area outside where you can find a table and eat. If you're looking for a sit-down experience indoors where you'll be fawned over by a waiter, this isn't it. But if you're starving and want a creative and substantial lunch, this place totally has you covered.

I hope The Wich Lab is around for a long, long time, and I'm excited to bring more Charlottesville visitors to this fabulous eatery. This town has so many stellar dining options, but this little unpretentious sandwich place is right at the top of the heap.“

“I have been seeing so many posts about Mochi Donuts and I just had to have some. Stopped by Moge Tee UVA and was more than delighted with this visit. Very pleasant atmosphere and super friendly service. They seemed so genuine. You can tell that they care so much about QUALITY, because the fresh ground coffee was absolutely off the charts. This is quite possibly the BEST cup of coffee I have ever had in my 5 years of being in Virginia. Now to the good stuff, did I say good? I meant GREAT!!!!! The Mochi donuts were simply perfect. Texture and just the perfect amount of sweet. The soft chewy bite was everything that it should have been. My little princess and I ordered the 3 pack. “01.28.25 The beginning of January we had our Wedding Welcoming Party at Random Row in lieu of a traditional Rehearsal Dinner. The outcome was exactly what we were hoping for. It was a laid back and fun environment where 80 of our guests were able to have great pizza and refreshments in a way that brought all of the different families and friend groups together. Cori and her staff from the planning stages until the end of the night couldn’t have been easier to work with and we had great reviews from everyone that attended. They all commented that it was exactly what they wanted and many of the people that were there that had more traditional Rehearsal Dinners for their weddings wished they had done something like what we did. Random Row allowed us to rent out the entire facility for 4-hours at a cost that was very affordable. There were some negotiations during the planning stages regarding costs and operations and even the few places that Random Row was not able to have much wiggle room there was always an attitude of “lets try to figure this out and make it happen.” With that said, they were amenable to most of our requests and budget limits. Without commenting too much on pricing and expectations because those conversations are always unique to each situation, Random Row afforded us 4-private hours and we paid for 2-hours of pizza, salad, olives, and an open bar with our guests opening tabs for the rest of the night. The cost was affordable for a middle-class couple and the experience was worth every penny. We live around the corner from Random Row and have been visiting them for years for a quick pizza and a beer. It has been one of our go-to neighborhood spots since we moved to Charlottesville. “I have been trying a lot of coffee shops around Charlottesville recently SK stood out. The overall shop is great for extra seating and space to work in. The employees are friendly and the coffee is better than any other coffee shops close by far! My only complaint was the bathroom was absolutely disgusting to be in. I loved the place they just need to get a regular cleaning in there as it unfortunately made me want to leave as soon as possible.“

Our waitress was and is very friendly and sweet. We will be going back there to dine. I want to try other menu options I know everything on the menu will be just as delicious I can't wait.“

“This is my 2nd visit to Camellia’s, and I am hooked. Their coffee is VERY good. I basically want to guzzle my latte. Their baristas and cashiers are super nice. Their pastry selection is insane. I’ve now tried three different pastries (no, I didn’t get two although I wanted to. I tried a piece of my friend’s lol), and all were delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, and they have lots of different searing options. You can sit at tables, in armchairs, on couches etc. This is now my new favorite coffee shop, and I spend a lot of time in coffee shops - so they’re about to get to know me really well!“

“We had an amazing experience with Red Hub Catering. They provided our cocktail hour food, reception buffet, cutting cake, bartending service, and Sunday brunch. The food and service were impeccable. For bartending service, Red Hub provided the bar set up and mixers, but allowed us to provide our own alcohol which is uncommon among catering vendors. Red Hub generated a custom menu for our reception that consisted of a nacho bar for cocktail hour followed by a taco buffet for dinner. They also baked a beautiful cutting cake and delivered brunch to the lodge we were at the following morning for everyone to enjoy. Overall an incredible vendor who expertly provided us multiple wedding services.“

“Food was good, But its quite expensive for what you get. I order scallops and shrimp with white rice. What i did not know is it came with more veggies than anything. I received 3 shrimp and maybe 3-4 scallops with LOADS of veggies and a small container of white rice. For 20$ I would have liked to seen more meat but the quality of the meal was very good. Also I had a older menue so Items were a few dollars more than I expected. Overall very good food, staff were nice and it was a good meal.“
