“Wow. This place gets 5 YUMS from us! Looks like we missed National Sandwich Day, but we finally got the chance to try out McAlister’s and it did not disappoint! It did take a little while to decide what to get because their menu is so (beautifully) varied! I ended up getting the 1/2 salad (Pecanberry) and 1/2 sandwich (Harvest Chicken Salad). The price was very good, especially as I was so surprised at the portion given of both! -My sandwich was served on a croissant… a WHOLE croissant! The croissant was toasted just right, making it slightly crispy but not burnt. The salad and the dressing served with the salad were fabulous, as well. Until this meal, I had 2 favorite places to get green salads and one favorite place to get Chicken Salad. Now I have ONE favorite place to get both: McAlister’s. No joke. Plus, customer service there rocks! My husband and I are looking very forward to our next visit and asked for a take-out menu so it doesn’t take us so long to order next time! 😆“

“Just had the sub-erior experience of my life at Subway today. Varry and Jonas weren’t just making sandwiches — they were crafting works of art. These guys didn’t loaf around either; they really rose to the occasion.
Varry layered my toppings with such precision, I swear he must be a “pro-dough-cer.” And Jonas? Dude wrapped my sandwich so perfectly it could’ve won a “wrap battle.”
The vibes were fresh, the bread was fresher, and the service was so good I almost asked them to lettuce stay longer. If every Subway had a Varry and Jonas, the world would be a much butter place.“

“As always, this location Staff and management are UNRIVALED! Although sometimes while ordering, there seems to be some very rude and obnoxious customers laying blame for things the customer has ordered incorrectly. Each Staff member goes through the ordering process with each customer thoroughly, but unfortunately the Staff seem to take the blame, especially when it comes to the customer's personal review and/or their incorrect order“

“To the General Manager of this establishment, you did a wonderful job hiring Anthony as a Manager. I couldn't believe he was the manager.
Honestly, I don't do well with young people, however , the staff that was scheduled for this Saturday, August 31 night shift was phenomenal. They truly taught me, don't judge the book by its cover and all young people are Not the same. Their customer service skills was on point from the time you walked in until your order was completed.
The most rewarding was watching them change their gloves as they touched different objects while preparing your food. The three of them made sure your order was prepared the way they would have their own , the accuracy of your order was correct, and the team work was on point.
Way to go Subway, these three young people are on their way to management status. Please continue to pour into them where they already have the skills to flourish . I will definitely spend my hard working money here again, as long as this customer service team is scheduled.

“Every time we come to this Subway, it just feels easy and familiar. I usually order for my mom, my son, and myself, and it’s always a good experience. My son is 10 and loves coming here—he gets so excited to order his own sub and always asks for his two chocolate chip cookies (non-negotiable 😂).
The staff are seriously great. They’re friendly, respectful, and they actually remember my son’s order since he gets the same thing every time. He feels like a regular, and he loves that. He likes this location so much that if someone takes him to a different Subway, he’s genuinely upset.
If you’re craving a sub or anything else on the menu, I’d definitely recommend this spot. Good food, good people, and a place that keeps my kid happy—can’t beat that. 🥪😊“

“I love this place, always clean and staff is always polite. I normally stay and eat inside because of those things, food always is covered and protected. They're always helping you with the deal of the day and so on. Prices are as usual, notbad at all. Quick.easy and healthy! Thanks for keeping this Elevator Man fed throughout my late nights and early mornings.
Vegetarian options: Great selection of veggies toppings as well as meal options for vegetarians.
Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant kids are Def welcome.“

“Ok so today a friend and I came here for the first time today. The 2 women that were working today around 4pm were amazing. When I say their customer service was not only amazing you could actually tell that they we're dedicated to providing that service. My food was amazing and I promise you this is the only subway I'll be going too. Thanks Ladies.“

“I was at subway when I got a steak Philly, all went well and the sandwich was 10/10. Food was delicious and the employees at the time were very professional and respectful. While I was eating out in the lobby, a randome guy (I over heard the name micah or mike) ordered a chicken bacon ranch. He came in with an attitude and with an ego. (Saying something about the cash register and how it’s not to his liking and so on.) I couldn’t even finish my food in the store, I had to take it home. Because Mike decided that he would throw a tamper tantrum and start yelling and screaming in the lobby for 15 minutes untill a cop car showed up then his whole demeanor changed? The employees handled everything as they should when a psychotic customer walks into your store and the cops then made him leave and I think he got banned. Overall, everything was good with my experience other then that egotistical man child who ruined it for me:(“

“BEST SANDWICH EVER-! I came here with my partner that came here a lot while he was working nearby and he told me how good it was, so we tried it for the first time together and it was a great experience. We laughed with two of the employees and they were very kind to us. I love the atmosphere because even though there was nobody (because it was before 1pm) we still AMAZING service and delicious sandwiches.“

“Had an overall good experience! Matthew (trainee) helped me out and did an amazing job! They made my sandwich just perfect! The only downside was that one of the older male workers was a bit rude. I felt rushed by him and he had a short fuse with a customer behind me. There were some miscommunications that may be due to a bit of an accent barrier and he got defensive with the customer quite quickly. Still yummy and a good experience though!“

“Great sandwich, My only problem was he put my sandwich on the counter to cut it and it wasnt clean, I didnt say anything to him but that is not sanitary at all he could have put sandwich paper down then my sandwich other then that he was nice and friendly“

“Been coming here on and off as a kid. This location has been here for many many years. And has been recently updated. Updates look nice inside. Everything looks clean. I’ve had several subs here recently, just cause it’s been so long since I’ve eaten subway. This location is very consistent. Everything has been fresh. Quick and friendly service. And I like that this location accepts coupons while the one closer to me does not. The portions are pretty good and more than in the past. I was shocked how much meat they gave me in the 5 meat. Sandwich was huge! This is now gonna be my go to spot when I’m craving subway. Subway can be expensive just like everything is these days, but they do offer really good specials, so if you order right, it’s easier on the pockets compared to other fast food places.“

“I use a cupon 13 dollars 2 foot long the sandwiches where good. The employee (owner) was so nice an attentive. The place it absolutely clean ans big nice place to eat the veggies where on spot meets and cheese. They had a variety of cookies ,soups amd chips so I will defenetly go back for a snack. The stablishment also have a navy Federal on post and a barbershop. Visit the page fot hours of operation this is on a military base so you'll need to have a dependant or active duty ID.“

“Made a mobile order for one sub to go. It located in the front building at the Todd Shopping Center. Arrived after 10 minutes, and the order was ready. The Footlong Steak and Cheese in the Hearty Multigrain bread was Toasted filled with Monterey Cheddar, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, Black Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese.“

“I’ve had some really bad experiences at this subway, but I was in there the other day and that’s why I’m here today making this review. I actually stopped going in there because the customer service was trash and I hate to say that because there’s a lot of good folks working there I’m sure, but it just seems like lack of training but anyway I had no choice. I had to eat there the other day. I didn’t feel like going anywhere else and it was the closest place expecting to have another terrible experience. I was greatly surprised there’s a young lady working in there that I’ve never seen before I couldn’t believe how polite she greeted me with a smile when I walked in the door she even said welcome to Subway, which was very unusual because that had never happened there before there was a few people in line and I couldn’t believe how helpful she was answering questions. They were asking her so when it was my time, I told the young lady what I wanted, she made my sandwich and I realized that I may have told her wrong. So I asked her could she remake the sandwich? She actually smiled at me and said absolutely sir. It’s not a problem. Let’s start over fresh I couldn’t believe it if this would’ve happened before they would’ve been pissed this was actually a sandwich for my wife, so I wanted to make sure it was dead on what she wants so we backed up and started it over. She was super generous. I kept telling her I was sorry that this was my fault and she said absolutely not. Don’t worry about it. We are here to help and to serve you the best that we can.WOWOWOW. So she faked my sandwich. She actually checked me out as well, and I asked her what her name was that I was going to talk to a manager to let them know that they made the right decision by hiring this young lady this place could be so much better if all of their customer service was like this I really could not believe it and I will be back. It was a very good experience. I believe the girls’s name was HAVEN. She couldn’t have been there long or if she has been, I’ve just never seen her, but that’s the kind of service you want polite kind willing to just smile and make sure her customers were happy and satisfied I’ve told three or four friends about it. They’re gonna start going in there as well and they have stopped going there because of the customer service as well. I really hope she sticks around. She could make a great addition to the higher up subway management that’s how you’re supposed to run a restaurant“

“I stopped by the Subway station on Warwick Blvd after having one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time. Everything felt stressful, and honestly I just wanted something quick before heading home. But the moment I walked in, the smell of the fresh bread instantly reminded me of being back home as a kid when my family would make sandwiches together after long days.
The staff was incredibly kind and patient, and they made my sandwich perfectly. Something as simple as a warm toasted sandwich somehow completely changed my mood. It sounds dramatic, but for a little while it felt comforting and familiar when I really needed that feeling.
It wasn’t just good food — it felt like a small reminder that bad days don’t last forever. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway, and I’ll absolutely be coming back whenever I need a taste of home.“
