“I was there last. night (Thursday) and the Octopus was delightful as was my 'ordinary' salmon plate with their delicious veggies....The home sparking pink wine served in an unusual goblet was ample and perfect (a substitute for the more expensive Brut when they didn't have theirs cooled._ The alternative was just as good. I'm no connoisseur but I know a good meal when I'm finished. Food ample and the less expensive dishes looked just as appetizing as the more expensive ones. I want to try almost everything once....”
“The best vibe and amazing customer service . Food is a 10/10 I learn something new today as well . Thanks for great lunch”
“We were visiting from out of state decided to drop in for lunch, Twisted Cat DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Great atmosphere and the burgers were AMAZING! It has become our favorite place to eat and we can’t wait to go back!!!!”
“One of the best Indian restaurants in the Ashburn/Lansdowne area - wonderful biryani - and very taste friendly for non-Indians looking to try this place out without a worry about spicyness (just tell them mild!) These guys get it - would definitely recommend Bombay Tandoor Lansdowne, good tastes great and good service.”
“I really enjoyed my maiden journey to the Mill. The service was impeccable, and the seating arrangements, where tables were properly spaced, allowed my lunch companion and me to have a good conversation without raising our voices. That being said, the food was the star. The gazpacho was superb, the bread was excellent, and the sandwiches were top-notch. We will be returning with our respective spouses.”

“Love Tarbender’s! Such a unique spot. Live music on Fri/ Sat, brunch on Sunday. What’s not to love!”
“A must Excellent breakfast today, staff friendly, menu delectable, best Americano I've ever had!”
“We finally got to try Creamus, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The owner told us that all of their ice cream is made fresh every morning, and you can absolutely taste the difference. It was incredibly smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet.
We ordered the Sunday in Dubai, Mango Sticky Rice Ice Cream, Affogato Ice Cream, and a Croyaki, and every single item was outstanding.
The Affogato was the highlight for me. They pour warm espresso over the soft serve right in front of you, and as it hits the ice cream, a thin, crispy shell forms around it. Watching it happen was such a fun experience, and the combination of the warm espresso, crunchy shell, and creamy ice cream was absolutely delicious.
The ghost-shaped soft serve topped with colorful cereal was almost too cute to eat! It looked amazing and tasted even better. The Mango Sticky Rice Ice Cream had fresh, authentic mango flavor and was perfectly balanced, while the Sunday in Dubai was creative with an incredible mix of textures and flavors. The Croyaki was buttery, flaky, and perfectly crisp with a delicious filling—it paired really well with the ice cream.
The shop itself was clean, bright, and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly. You can tell they put a lot of care into both the quality of their desserts and the overall experience. If you’re looking for something unique that’s different from a typical ice cream shop, Creamus is definitely worth checking out. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Delicious food! We got two different wraps with the mixed meat. Full of flavor. And OMG the fries were perfect! We both tried the strawberry basil cocktail. Great balance of sweetness and very refreshing. The service was great and we enjoyed talking to the employees. Great atmosphere. We sat on the patio. And the decor is fun with the records and Virginia artists and famous people all around.”
“Omg, so good! I had the Porchetta Panini with Arugula and Crème de Pecorino. David gave us tastes of sliced meat and spent time with us about our order. We walked in to buy some Semolina flour, but ended staying for lunch. So glad we did! The best”
“Walked in and seated at the bar. I look up and see all of this allocated bourbon. I see they have chicken fried steak (my favorite). I of course order that and it surpassed all my expectations. The biscuit was nice and fluffy, the chicken fried steak was made to perfection, throw on top of that the sausage gravy and I was in literal heaven. The service is some of the best I have ever had. If you have not tried Buford’s biscuits you need to!!! I can almost guarantee everything on the menu is amazing!!”
“Stopped by Dana’s Cake Shoppe in the Village at Leesburg and tried the Marble Nutella cupcake. It was absolutely delicious. Perfectly soft cake with just the right amount of sweetness, and the Nutella flavor really came through without being overpowering. It completely hit the spot when I needed a sweet treat. Definitely coming back to try more flavors.”
“🔥 MELT in Leesburg, VA – Where Burgers Become Royalty 🔥 Today my taste buds officially moved to a new zip code — Flavor Town, population: MELT. My wife and I finally made it to MELT in Leesburg after hearing great things, and let me just say… shame on us for waiting so long. Debbie, the owner (and now part-time head-bopper), greeted us like we were long-lost cousins showing up late to the family BBQ. When I told her it was our first visit, she gave me a playful bop on the head with our table number and asked, “What took you so long?” Touché, Debbie. Touché. Now onto the burgers… and yes, they deserve their own paragraph. I ordered the A Jazzed Up Swiss Burger — and let me tell you, this was no run-of-the-mill meat puck. We're talking Gruyère so rich it probably pays taxes in Switzerland, Black Forest ham that must’ve taken a first-class flight in, baby bella mushrooms sautéed to perfection, and a tangy smear of whole-grain mustard tying it all together. Every bite said, “Sir, this is not fast food — this is fine dining between buns.” My wife had the Paris Burger — imagine garlic-kissed beef topped with brie so creamy it probably auditioned for a romance film, with balsamic onions adding the drama. Let’s just say she stopped talking mid-bite. That’s how you know it’s good. The vibe? Casual but classy, with staff who treat you like family (the good side of the family, not the ones who borrow your tools and never bring them back). And yes… in a moment of grilled beef-fueled euphoria, I may have proclaimed myself the Burger King. Debbie gave me a look. I instantly realized my mistake. This isn’t that kind of burger joint. This is a burger experience. Saying "Burger King" here is like bringing boxed wine to a French vineyard. Long story short — go to MELT. Go now. Go often. And when Debbie bops you on the head, just smile… because that means you're officially part of the MELT kingdom. 👑🍔”

“The food and wine are always outstanding and the hospitality is inviting, warm, and professional. Echelon is a staple for us when visiting RVA. Their Leesburg location is just as wonderful. Highly recommended for wine and appetizers if you’re on the go, or a relaxing and leisurely dinner if you have time to dine. We’ve tried an array of menu items and have swooned over each one. Book a table or grab a seat at the bar and try for yourself!”
“I visited Cassanel for the first time in December 2022 it was the last of 4 wineries I visited that day. Long overdue review shame on me. Some friends and myself like going to different wineries every time we have a chance and I honestly been coming back to Cassanel more than any other winery I thought I liked before. Let's begin with the staff, the amazing people who works here always welcome everyone with an amazing smile and warmth atmosphere. Theresa was the first person I meet and she is beyond amazing. Such a beautiful human being. Never been a wine person because always end up with that one wine super dry and strong flavor that I couldn't drink. The have not one wine that I can say I didn't like....but do have my favorites José Rosé and Dolce 😍😍 Yesterday (June 26, 2023) had the opportunity to meet Mr. José who's been with them for over 12 years and takes amazing care of the grapes, then got to meet Mr. Nelson (the owner) he is a wonderfu man and full fo good vibes. We had a wonderful conversation full laugh and now I understand why this winery is so amazing. 100% recommend, wines are delicious and affordable.”
“Long post ahead, warning! I walked in around 9 pm and the hostess didn't bat an eye at my dining alone, and didn't say anything about it, which I appreciate. I was seated right away with no problems and immediately got a chance to look over the menu. I will admit, it took a little bit longer than expected for my waiter to come over, but as a lone diner I sort of expected that. I looked like I was waiting for someone, I'm sure. The look and feel of the place was very upscale, but they didn't have any problems with me walking in wearing a nerdy t-shirt. I was seated in this cute little booth for 2 with curtains on the side so, if I wanted a more private dinner, I could have it. It was a cute touch! The restaurant also offered patio dining and since it's by the creek, that would have been a downright charming experience were it not the usual Maryland summer. Despite having a bar, the restaurant was respectably quiet and low-key, making it an easy dining experience. I wasn't in the mood for something wild, and this place really hit the nail on the head. My first waiter Kevin, however, was the picture of polite helpfulness. He answered all of my questions, made some wonderful suggestions, and was incredibly pleasant to talk to. I was delighted to find out that this place takes part in DC restaurant week, so I was able to take part in that promotion. Under a suggestion from Kevin, I ordered a glass of their moscato (I wanted something light and sweet), and the wine was so good I brought home a whole bottle. Not really on them, but it does reflect their excellent selection. Dinner itself was delicious. The red pepper soup was refreshing and flavorful, without being too filling. The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection and was flavored in the perfect way to make the actual flavor of the meat shine. The potatoes were both light and fluffy, but also had the little chunks of potato that I prefer in my mashed. The best part was desert. About halfway through my appetizer, Kevin introduced my other waiter, Maddy, who took over after he went home. She was as much of a delight as he was, and made possibly the best recommendation of the night. Desert was this blackberry tart that I did not have room for but could not put down. Gooey and crumbly all at once, with a warm center that was almost caramel-y even though it was fruit based. Topped with a light cream to balance it all out, it was absolutely delicious. I will be thinking of that tart all day tomorrow. The prices on the menu were a little high, but I wouldn't go so far to say they were unreasonable. If I had wanted a cheaper option, I could have gone to any chain restaurant ever. In the grand scheme of downtown Frederick, with it's many small businesses and one of a kind dining experiences, I think this was reasonable. For reference, a lot of meals were between $20 and $30, but a good steak is almost always $30+. Despite the price, I had an exceptional dining experience, and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for upscale dining, without the upscale requirements.”
“This winery is great if you are looking for a good wine and peaceful place. It’s small but it has a great atmosphere. Their wines are excellent! I love their wine and chocolate praline tasting. We like this place for birthday parties as well as it’s usually not too crowded. Their outdoor is large with many places to sit. The indoor is small with just few tables. But as I mentioned, most of their members typically pick up their wines to go so it’s never an issue to find a spot to sit. The only negative thing I can say is that my kids don’t love going there because it’s not much to do for them, and the parking lot could use a bit of love. But we are members for about 6+ years and we truly like their wines. My family makes wines in Slovakia and I took them there as well and they enjoyed their wines a lot as well!”
“Wonderful family vineyard with warm, comfy facilities, nice people, great burgers, and nice wine. We will be going back for sure.”

“This is such a wonderful brewery. I love the raddler, seltzer, or gose, my husband prefers the more traditional German beers. You can bring your own food in, or enjoy a soft pretzel. They're dog friendly indoors and out which is nice. They also have a nice small front patio and then a bigger outdoor area kn the back. The staff are very friendly as well.”
“Amazing tres leches! Todays was fruity pebbles and super tasty and amazing! Dollhouse’s tres leches are to die for. Always a favorite and the best around!”

“Cannot say enough great things about this family run restaurant!! A staple in the community for at least 20 years! Their delicious food is matched with their amazing philanthropic contributions to numerous charitable organizations!! Carolina is an absolute saint, the love she has for this community can be tasted in her food. I compare everyone’s hummus to hers. HANDS DOWN- THE BEST Greek “house dressing” like… can we purchase those things by the bottle already!! Kabobs are banging! Shesh Tawok is 🔥 🔥, pizza, calzones salads, burgers, even the soups are *chef kiss* - simply the best!”
“My friend recommended this place so we gave it a try. Now we are fans too. We loved all of the flavors we got. Especially the sour cherry pie and blackberry pie. We followed the GPS and it was hard to turn and park into the parking lot. They have 6 parking spots in the front of the shop but because the shop itself is so small the customers have to just stop by and grab their order to go. The service was very efficient because it was quick to get what we want and go. One thing I felt today was that they are popular and busy so I was kind of getting too close to the others who were already there in the shop before me. There simply isn’t enough room inside to take your time to decide what you want when people keep coming and going. You kind of have to already know what you want. We didn’t really know how small it was inside since it was our first time so we weren’t prepared. The door is heavy so be ready for that, but they do have a sign on the door saying that. We will definitely go back and try some more selections there and be better prepared to order what we want.”
“Our whole family enjoyed a Sunday breakfast at the location in Purcellville - the BEST coffee, bagels, pulled pork sandwiches, friendly service, great kitchen! We loved the generous food, obviously made with great love & attention! We’ll definitely go again & often!”

“NOT family friendly! We were rudely asked to bring the kids table inside when our grandkids were sitting at it. Joe was condescending and emphasized he didn't want us there all day! When I went back in to clarify what he was trying to convey he said he wanted the kids table inside. There were NO other children needing the table and they do not have any high chairs. This coffee shop is obviously NOT about the family. Joe was rude and was very annoyed with our family. It was obvious to us that kids and family were not welcome!! Very upsetting!! We will NOT be going back and will warn other families about this place.”
“I had an event for St Patrick’s Day catered by Spanky’s Shenanigans. If 5 star is the top, this was 10 star. The food was absolutely delicious and more than plentiful. People raved about the Corner Beef and Cabbage and Fish and Chips. The food arrived in a timely fashion and was hot. Kolt the manager could not have been pleasanter or easier to work with. I look forward to future catered events with this restaurant. Cathleen”
“Service was excellent! Ethan and Benny took great care of us. The ambiance was wonderful: intimate but in a relaxed fashion. The two of them whipped up some excellent drinks for us. Both the menu options and the dealer’s choice were amazing each time. We got the buffalo chicken dip. It was delicious but just not my favorite. For the happy hour price, it was absolutely worth it! Highly recommend for hours of feel-good vibes.”
“l've been hearing so much hype about Crumb and Clover and now can personally confirm...the cookies are delicious! Literally got one of every flavor she is offering this month. Whether you're a classic chocolate chip lover or like to mix it up with unique flavors like cinna-berry or cookie butter banana, these cookies are truly next-level. Soft, chewy, and just the right amount of sweetness. can't wait to try more!”
“Weird Brothers is my go-to coffee shop. All three locations. I absolutely love their coffee, and I purchase the beans to make at home. The atmosphere is unparalleled. After living in three states and metro areas the last few years, I can easily say that Weird Bros is spectacular and incomparable. And they are active in the community. And the owner likes Pantera. Love this place.”
“Went there for happy hour a few nights ago, and sat at the bar. Small plates were delish and service was great! BUT THOSE SEASONAL COCKTAILS…. AMAZING!!!!”

“This Place is Awesome stopped here for a quick dinner and the pastrami was excellent honestly best ive ever had great values and portions i posted a review on Google 3 years ago and it definitely hasn't changed still 5 stars. Place is great for a quck bite to eat catering for weddings or even buisness event catering the guests will be amazed at the flavor. If it means anything most bbq places need sauce to make them better NOT HERE they are right on the $$$”
“I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich because I was in a rush and had to go back to get the correct one. Even though it was completely my mistake, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They offered to make me a new sandwich and wouldn’t even let me pay for it, despite my insisting. That level of generosity was truly appreciated. The restaurant itself is also very clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.”
“Never disappoints! Great food, relaxing ambiance, and friendly bartenders.”
“This place is one of our favorite gems in the Leesburg area. It serves real-deal Italian food and we've always had terrific service! We've ordered take out from them before, too, and that's just as delicious, too.”
“We discovered Barnhouse Brewery through Harvest Hosts while looking for a place to stay halfway between DC and Harpers Ferry after spending a beautiful day viewing the cherry blossoms. What a great find!
This family-owned and operated brewery truly stands out. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The beer selection is excellent—especially if you enjoy dark beers—but they also offer great German styles and IPAs, so there’s something for everyone.
The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by peaceful countryside that makes it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
We will definitely be making a trip back soon!”
“This property is breathtaking! The most beautiful view when you walk in and amazing wines. I did the wine tasting and it was a great experience. Great selection and service. Highly recommend!”

“Authentic Korean cuisines are true to the homeland style and taste. Loved cold noodles during the hot days of summer. Reminded me of my youth visiting my grandparents during the summer break and how my granny always prepared nice and delicious cold noodles to welcome us. Nostalgically fond memories…”
“I’m so glad we’ve had Paris Baguette in the neighborhood for a few months now. It’s been such a treat having them just around the corner. I love their holiday specials and their point program, and honestly, their bakery style kind of reminds me of my time in Japan. It’s got this cool mix of European and Asian influences that I really enjoy. For now, a warm drink and pastry is my go-to, but I can’t wait to try one of their cakes for a special occasion.”
“Micah Rose to the Rescue one Sunday morning when this Wendy's was not open around 9 am. I cam back later and Micah had arrived to help out and was doing a great job with just he and Sophie on the job, but they both worked really well and got the drive thru and inside service up-and-running in no time. I'm sure it was stressful, but they handled ALL the complications really well.”
“We had a birthday party of 30 here and they were amazing! Food & service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
