“We hired Silk Catering for our wedding at Whites Ferry Manor and we are soooo glad we did! For appetizers we had the mango spinach chaat, pani puri, firecracker shrimp and the lamb chops and WOW, everything was absolutely delicious! Our guests really enjoyed the live stations because it’s as interactive as it is delicious. For entrees, we had a variety of dishes ranging from chicken, goat, vegetarian and rice dishes with their delicious naan and salad- again, everything was phenomenal!!! SO many of our guests told us this was some of the best food they’ve had in a very long time and as the couple, that’s the best news we can hear. For dessert, we had live jalebi and falooda which were both major hits! If you’re hesitant, don’t be! We had a food tasting in May and we requested minor changes which they were very flexible and receptive of. Delicious food and we have 0 regrets!!!!“

“The Location of the place is a bit hidden in Ashburn, but this is truly the best place around Ashburn to have Rajgari mutton biryani and also gongura chicken very flavorful, aromatic. Food prices are also very reasonable. Hands-down., The best biryani place in the town.“

“Just wanted to say that we had an awesome experience yesterday on Dhanteras. The store was packed rather beyond full but customer service was excellent. So much staff working and all of them were super helpful. They gave box of mithai to each and every customer which is a great gesture. Every small thing was available for Diwali. Keep it up guys you are doing a great job 👏“

“Stopped in for lunch while getting some work done on my car. I had no expectations.
I got the lunch combo Chicken Naan Sandwich, fries and a soda. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area“

“Very good first visit! We did the lunch buffet which is from 12-3 on Sundays and we got there at about 2. Not too busy. Very attentive service. Was offered fresh naan when they noticed the ones on the buffet were getting old which was very nice. Made sure we knew all they offered with their fresh dosa station. Chicken biryani was our favorite item. The samosas and butter chicken were both great. Also fun to try dishes I wouldn’t normally order. They offer a hot tea, rice pudding, and gulab jamun for dessert which all were delicious. It was $25 a person and definitely worth it.“
