“My husband surprised me with reservations here for our 30th anniversary dinner. Anthony lead us to our seating outside overlooking the beautiful view of the water. We were greeted by Avery with a smile and two complimentary glasses of champagne. She provided excellent service which was very accommodating. The entrees were out of this world delicious. Our first time at Regions, and certainly not our last.“
“I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. I stayed in the Adams room at the schoolhouse building. The room was beautiful extremely well appointed. The customer service has been absolutely excellent. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was phenomenal. Great menu and great wine list. I will definitely return. I’ve been visiting the Middleburg area for many years and this is my first time staying or dining at the Ashby, I’m so glad I have discovered it.“

“The items are great..I wander around just looking at all the. things...The take home bags with the Christian themes are the best....Folks ask me about mine..The price is so good...if I worked there.....my salary would All go to shopping there....we eat there a lot....pot roast. yum...corn muffins. should be larger and fluffy..“

“Alright so let me start by saying that this restaurant was a bit farther out of the way than I usually drive for a dinner, but I had been recommended the place so figured why not.
From the greeting, to the table setting, to the professionalism exemplified by all of the staff, I knew we were in for a treat. Colin, Maria, Cece, and another gentleman with longer hair who's name I didn't get all served us and it was all wonderful. Colin spoke with us the most, and was so knowledgeable about the place, you can tell he loves working there. The chef came to meet us, and he also was very kind.
The menu rotates so it's not a guarantee that you'll have what I had, but the brown butter old fashioned, the limoncello, the strawberry lemon torte, and the chilled tomato soup all stuck out to me as stellar.
We will be back, worth the splurge price point for sure.“

“My first and so far only experience with Element was the Valentines dinner - and I can't stop talking about how good the food was. cooked to perfection and the portions were absolutely perfect sized - left me in awe and not wanting a single course to end but space for the next equally amazing course. we left not feeling overly full, but perfectly satisfied. nothing sat too heavy and I've been talking about this meal for 2 days now. I was especially impressed by the filet. I'm INCREDIBLY sensitive to red meat and usually eat a steak knowing my stomach will make me pay for it later unless it's specifically grass fed and grass finished or sometimes I can do grain finished. I went into the meal assuming I'd have to deal with my issues afterwards. at first bite I didn't care how much I had to pay with my body later, it was WORTH IT and then to my shock - I HAD NO ISSUES. the staff were friendly, and attentive. I will absolutely be back.“

“Clearly marked vegan options on the menu with helpful and knowledgeable waitstaff to answer your questions! I confirmed with the server that the fried green tomato sandwich was vegan by swapping in vegan bacon and vegan mayo, and this sandwich was slammin. The sandwich is seasonal but they also had a BBQ tofu bowl, cauliflower wings, and other great options! Updated from previous review on 2026-04-19“

“Ten of us - the Back Road Romeos (Retired Old Men Eating Out) have gone out for lunch and beer together every month for the past several years. This happy and welcoming spot was our all-time favorite within ten minutes. The meat loaf, with mashed, gravy and peas) was a real crowd pleaser at just $5 on Thursdays. The other patrons quickly became friends. And the staff was friendly, welcoming, efficient and funny beyond our wildest expectations. All around wonderful!“

“Last night's dinner was great. Good home cooking at a reasonable price. I had meatloaf with Ceasars salad & baked beans. My wife had roast beef & mashed potatoes special. Only ate here once but would come again. Service was very good.“

“Arrived mid-afternoon and found it easy to set up our Fifth wheel. Once settled we strolled into the brewery where David welcomed us. The beer choices were great and we enjoyed our burgers for dinner. It was our first Harvest Host experience and it did not disappoint.“

“Zoey was my waitress and she was perfect. I got a couple Washington apples, quesadillas and bourbon steak with mashed potatoes. This meal hit the spot!
Came back and got the chicken wontons. Cilantro was bad so I asked for more after picking it off. What they brought wasn't much better. Not sure what the hype is. Boring. My server was the bartender too so I was left waiting for service.“

“The family and I have eaten there twice so far and even though it is a chain live the atmosphere, the restaurant is clean, the baby chairs are cleaned then wrapped in plastic, bathrooms are clean, staff friendly. Food good. I have worked at many restaurants and this stuff is important to me. Keep up good work Ihop Front Royal“
