Still, everything they made was excellent. The staff took good care of everyone in the group, matching the challenge to meet everyone's needs.

“My waitress Ms. Zafirah was great! She was friendly, courteous and helpful. My good however was a problem. I’m 37 weeks prego. I ordered the trifecta with a pancake. Had to send it back 3 times in order to get hot food. Was not happy about the kitchen service but my waitress was nice.“

“The waiter was amazing! I didn’t catch his name tag but he was working the late shift by himself and it was busy since it’s Ramadan and people eat breakfast very early. He was able to accommodate everything we asked for and with a smile and genuine happiness to take care of us.
The place was very clean and the staff is very quick to clean thoroughly after each customer.
I just wish they had halal meat options. They were also out of the gluten free pancakes and this is the second IHOP this month that has told me that. Must be a regional shipping issue. I’ll definitely return here again because they’re 24/7 now.“

“Service was great, and the steak tips with eggs were point on! Steak was a perfect medium, and the grilled onions had a little crunch left.
I don't know why I often think that IHOP is nothing special. This is so wrong because my past dining experience with IHOP is always positive. The most recent, steak tips and eggs, was one of the best meals that I have had in a while.
I will definitely go more often.“

“Our server was Beatrice. What an awesome lady. She knew the menu inside and out as my wife wanted to substitute pork options off her plate. She was a joy to speak with and always had a smile on her face. Also Mike the manager, asked us if our food was good. Customer service is what it's all about so this IHOP which is very busy was operating like a smooth running machine.“

“I'm originally from New York and know a good bagel, cream cheese and lox. And that's what I was craving for lunch yesterday. On a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. With cream cheese on both slices. Ferej did not disappoint! He made a perfect sandwich! Bagel was toasted just right and there was no skimping on the cream cheese. I was told by another employee that the lox is weighed and packaged already. Again, Chesapeake did not skimp on the lox. It was a great bagel, cream cheese and lox sandwich for this New Yorker!“

“Decent place to stop for a quick bite“

“I have lived in the Dumfries area for over 10 years and my Children love IHOP . The restaurant on Fettler park has seen many managers over the years and I think they have finally landed one of the best. The manager Anthony is amazing, kind, thoughtful and very professional. He has made such a difference in this location so much that it comes through in his employees. Brittney, Jay, and many others are a ray of sunshine and are always so pleasant.
