“Do not do drive through at this Zaxby's. The food is good for fast food, but the service is miserable. On average, I have to wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes every other time I do takeout there. I have never seen a drive thru as poorly run as this restaurant. Tonight, it was 29 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive-thru lane until I received my food. We will look for takeout elsewhere from now on.“

“The food is good and fast service. I don't like how they give you the food and accept your payment. It's ridiculous giving you the food in a plastic box and now giving you change in a to go plastic cup. if you can take my money in a hand to hand exchange you can do the same with my change.“

“Omg went here for dinner through the drive thru and my meal was smackalicious.. the chicken was fresh and hot and I came home and tore it up.. I hadn’t had kfc for awhile because our family is on a tight budget but this visit made it worth spending money to eat out.. Thank you guys at Madison Heights kfc my tummy and my soul was uplifted by the food and the experience… not to mention the young lady that waited on me at the window was very very nice.“
