“Today my husband and I had the opportunity to dine at Fleming. The staff was AMAZING! Matt, the manager was on top of every request, need, and want. As soon as anyone in the restaurant needed anything, we witnessed him assisting the service staff to make sure that it was done immediately. He is the type of manager that people dream of! Wish he were on my team. Luis was our server and was great! He was on top of our every need, was attentive, and easily on of the best servers I've ever had. To round out the team, Juan was behind Luis with any additional support that we needed. Quiet professional with great service; Quick, fast, and in a hurry. The ambiance of the restaurant is hard to find in DC. It was quiet enough for a one on one conversation, but energetic enough to make sure that we were not bored. The food was top notch! My stomach hurts because I should have tapped out 15 minutes ago but the food was too good to stop. I'd recommend the Leviathan wine and tomahawk steak. We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Overall the service, ambiance, food, and staff were wayyyyyy more than we expected. We look forward to patronizing this location again. I wish I had pics, but we ate too fast.“

“We held a dinner for a party of 14 people and were blown away by the food and service. Despite being a relatively small party, the event manager was incredibly responsive and willing to help from the first moment we entered the restaurant. We were able to select a preset menu and everything on it was delicious. The waiters were friendly, kind, and attentive. Everything went beyond expectations and it was a real pleasure and we would not doubt in repeating.“

“Wonderful service and excellent food. I wanted a NY Strip Steak and I got one - grilled perfectly. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her grilled salmon and my daughter - 10 years old and very picky - was treated respectfully and was well- accommodated. Highly recommended.“

“From start to finish, the service was top tier! We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at 801 and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us with a smile and acknowledged our anniversary. The table included confetti and a menu signed by the staff acknowledging our anniversary which was a special touch! Our waitress Susie provided AMAZING service was well versed in regard to the menu. I highly recommend the Brussel sprouts, oysters and halibut. My husband enjoyed his steak as well. We will certainly visit this restaurant again. Top tier service, pleasant environment, and delectable entrees.“
