“To whom it may concern, you shut down the store to renovate the drive through, only to make the drive through slower than before. Suggestion. Instead of making a mobile app only lane, make that only mobile orders go through there and allow drive through as well.

It almost feels worse than dropping off at Mechanicsville elementary. If you know what I am talking about then you know what I mean on how horrible that drop off system is too. lol“

“We had never been here before, but we gave it a whirl. The dining area was very clean. The service was very nice. Logan was our server, and was polite and smiled. We asked about their food and he took time to help us with it. The manager also was very nice when we asked go talk to him. To his surprise, we took time to tell him we enjoyed the place. He made sure we got our employee’s name so we could mention in the review. We did not buy the shakes, but if I could have eaten and drank that much, I would have. The price was also very good.“

“My family was passing through the area, and we stopped here for dinner. I saw several other reviews talking about the place being dirty and disorganized, but that wasn't our experience. Maybe I'm just used to some pretty dirty fast food restaurants, but this Taco Bell is definitely one of the better ones I've been to. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The dining room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is unusual these days in fast food chains with the ordering kiosks.

“I love this restaurant! While living around the Mechanicsville area, my husband and I loved to get Chori Pollo. So much so that even now that we have moved away, I will still pop by for this tasty dish. Consistently tasty, well prepared, always on time for pick up and the staff is kind. I have never had any issues, and highly recommend this restaurant!“

“Me and my 5 year old ( Faith ) come here a lot. This is her favorite. The service and staff are always so nice and friendly. The times they have went above and beyond for us is truly amazing. Today we went in and let’s just say I dropped a few fears ( in a good way of course lol ). It’s so nice to see ppl still so nice and welcoming during such trying times in the world today.
