“On 10/9, placed an online order and when we got home it was made incorrectly. I drove back to get it corrected (which online it says they close at 10pm) but when I pulled up around 8:50pm they were already closed. I called the next day three times to see if I could get through to someone, but no answer. So I left a VM. Didn’t hear back, so reached out to customer service online. Still nothing after two days of that. Finally tonight, I went in to see if the could still just remake the order.

Ruby and Ethan were working this evening. Ethan was reiterating that he remembers seeing something about my order and trusts me that I’m telling the truth. Also my husband’s name (account we use) is unique. So hard not to remember. lol.

Ruby was the one who remade the subs. She’s a young lady, at least 10 years younger than myself, and just her amazing customer service banter, I see her thriving in life. Ethan added extra banter “don’t mess up, she’s right there” 🤣. And just overall a wonderful experience going in to get my food remade from days ago.

As frequent flyers to this specific Subway, I’m so grateful for Ruby and Ethan for making me feel confident in the fact that I came back in to receive the product I paid for. Neither of them gave looks of “is she serious?” or give me a hard time to trust what I was saying.

Gosh, what a wonderful experience. Give these two a prize for customer service.

“Mohammed really took care of a previous not so great experience. But he listened to my issue and ended up remaking my entire order himself. A manager who took pride in his shop. We love the food here and were so disappointed last time. His team today took care of us and the sandwiches were delicious!“

“The best 'fast food' restaurant in town. The food is quick, but far from junk. Everything I've ordered has been fantastic, and even though it is drive-thru, the service is fantastic! They are always friendly and will remember you even if you only pop through every once in a while. Anytime that I have enough money for a great quick bite, I go here. The bread is fantastic, every protien is pilled high, and the amount of fries they give you is a meal in its own right! “My friend and I went for lunch today at Lulabelles, the food was delicious. We had a $20 gift certificate to put towards a $36 bill and gave our server a $20 tip which seemed to be quite generous. Barely offend you that she whisked what was left on our table away, then returned a couple of minutes later to rather abruptly tell us that they had reservations coming in on the next half hour, the implication being that we had best get out of there. I have worked with the public all of my life, and I know there is a way to communicate, she needs to learn it. I only wish we had our $20 back!“

“Cute little spot in Ashland. Eclectic, with antiques and tchotchkes all over the place. We had the chicken salad and the ham sandwich. All very good, and potato salad, enjoyable. There's outside seating and parking in the back. It's all kind of close though, so it might not be accessible to all. The restrooms definitely are not.“

“Have terrible asthma and a high dose of steroids. Makes you hungrier than a platoon of Marines. I called too early and the was not ready.
