“11/13/2022 Lunch with friends today. As always food was hot and cooked to our liking. Never disappointed. Today it was especially good. The Super Young Lady we had as a Server, her name was Rachel was an absolute pleasure!! All of us said the same thing. Attentive. Super Personality and just couldn’t have been any sweeter. We all brag about the food; but Young People like this deserve recognition and hopefully Management let’s her know how much we enjoyed the food, but she was the highlight of the meal. Excellent Job Young Lady!!“

“Shakes so thickkk you burp from sucking the straw so hard it keeps popping air lol My vanilla one (granted they have 40 flavors..yes 40) was so cold and thick I scraped it with a spoon for thirty minutes trying to eat it, worth the effort! Swear.. then finally it was softened enough to get small sips to come through straw

“Every time I’m down here, I make it a point to stop. They have a ton of beers on tap and the service and food is always good. I see some reviews that talk about the service, and I get that can be hit or miss anywhere. But Alec was awesome and checked on me multiple times at the bar. Totally recommend.“

“I live far far away from civilization (LOL) & thought - Hey, it’s been 20 years since I’ve had Shake Shack….
OMG….with a 3-hr drive ahead of me, and eating it as I drove, all I could think is “This is the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Would it be wrong to stop and get another one at the next big city before I cross the bridge?” 🍔 🏆.
I got the bacon, avocado, double and dipped it Kinders BBQ sauce (I carry a mini bottle with me wherever I get off just in case). 💚🥑🥓🍔🍔
I also got regular fries, which were so so …. But should have spent the five dollars on a shake instead. Next time. And NOT 20 years from now!!!“

“Second time visiting. First time went just to try it out and was not disappointed. The best burger I’ve had outside of a sit down restaurant. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and the fried cheese curds had me wanting more. Second time placed a large order for the staff at work for Labor Day and they were careful to get all 10 burgers right and were just as professional. Even during the busy lunch rush they did a phenomenal job. The manager even remembered me from the week before and thanked me for coming back. Absolutely would recommend this place. Can’t share a picture because I was so excited to eat my burger I forgot!“

“OMG the food and service is AMAZING! I ordered the chicken tenders and let me tell you: sooooo freaking good! I wish all restaurants made their chicken tenders and fries like this. i even ordered empandas and their carrot cake to go. My husband and I are already planning the next time we go. “Crystal was very helpful on the phone when ordering my large onion rings just now. She offered to add another Zesty sauce on my bag through Uber Eats when it's very difficult to get anyone to put an extra one. The small things matter! “Enjoy male/female restroom signs with silhouettes designed to look desperate. Illuminated Whopper design on dining room ceiling! Apparently the circular BK logo has been retired with return to the classic logo with level lettering and bun. Nice bus stop with shelter right in front.“
