“Didn’t catch this till I got in my car, but the giggle I got from it brightened my day so much. Great customer service inside the cafe as well. Asked for a different lid out of preference and the barista was kind and replaced it for me. Thank’s for such a warm start to a rainy day.“

“Walked in and everyone greeted me smiling!!! Smelled good. Wasnt too busy but i think drive thru had some orders. Well stocked and was clean, along with the restrooms seemed to be just scrubbed.First off the woman at the register helped me pick something different to get- I tried macadamia nut mixed white mocha in my iced coffee it was sooooo good btw. We had a genuine conversation and we were laughing and I felt like I was talking to someone I've known for a while when in reality I've never even met this person til today. I didnt even get her name but she was great and just seemed happy. I sat and used my phone for about 15 minutes and they were addressing all thr customers by name and had such great customer service. I was really Impressed.I am just passing thru visiting some family due to a loss in the family in Hampton but I'm glad I came to this Starbucks. “I had a great experience at the Warwick blvd location! The day prior my drink wasn’t made quite how I ordered it, I called and Kirsten answered. I explained the situation and she was so kind and told me to come in to get it remade. When I arrived Kylie took care of my order and Cameron made my drink and it was perfect! I appreciate the kindness and professionalism. I am a very satisfied customer :)“

“This is my favorite coffee place. We have several different ones around us, but this one has the nicest, happiest staff I've seen. Always friendly, and now that I've been here for a while, they even recognize me and ask if I have my grandkids with me. A yes means I need cake pops...“
