“Called in my order to surprise my fiancé with breakfast for his birthday. 🎂 I mentioned this to Karen, when I picked it up she told me she put a candle in his pancake. Such a kind gesture. She even wrote Happy Birthday 🎉 on the container. So very sweet. Excellent customer service. I always encounter a great experience whether I’m dining in, calling in, or ordering online. But I most definitely wanted to shout out The lovely Caring Karen. As always I highly recommend Belaire Pancake House.“

“This business came up in my FB feed while visiting the Town Center area. I had not heard of it before, so as a bread lover it was a must try. I ordered online the night before received notifications when my order was ready; which was on time and let’s say that bacon, egg w/ jelly biscuit did NOT disappoint. I WILL be returning! so glad I ordered 2 plan biscuits for the road.“

“The food was good. I ordered the colorado omelet with a side of grits and extra butter 😋. The waiter was really nice and the place was clean. I dropped a star off the food because I'm not sure I like batter in my eggs. Seems to make the eggs a little thick and heavy instead of light and fluffy.“

“my server, Joao, was inattentive, disregarding, forgetful and rude. Not only did he barely greet me and my coworker, he was snotty, forgot half of my food, allowed my coworkers waffle to get cold before bringing his butter and syrup, didn't ask if we wanted refills, and barely spoke to us. then decided to get snarky when I left him a $2 tip when he didn't even deserve that... I always to at least 25%... not today“

“Food was good but I have to say our waiter Christopher F is the best, he is so polite and enthusiastic, I would come back again and ask for him as a waiter he doesn’t let his work or others get to him as well, PROMOTE this man now, thank you to the cooks in IHOP as you made my pregnant wife happy we had some bad experiences at other locations but this one will be our primary for now on🙏🏽 god bless“
