“The lady in the drive-thru was absolutely the sweetest human being this morning. She made sure to ask if I wanted any flavor in my coffee and double-checked if I wanted sprinkles on my donut. Which is refreshing from the last time I came when the person was very short with me. My coffee was great.“

“There a young crew in the morning. Young black men. I haven't seen them lately .. not all together. But anyway. They are the best. The food is always made perfectly and my drink always snaps. Customer service is great as well. Please bring these young men back. They made this my favorite dunkin. Now when I go I don't see them and a manger is present calling the shots. My food is always disappointing and my drinks don't hit the same. So sad. Anyway bring dem boys back. I miss yall. Yall made spending 20 dollars on dunkin worth it. Now it just seems like a reckless decision“

The staff is always extremely friendly, and my coffee is always phenomenal.

Mike specifically always gives me whip cream when the app won't let me add it, and is very polite and pleasant.“
