“One of the best Thai places I’ve been to in a while. The food was amazing and the prices are very reasonable.

For starters, we got the only chicken tom kha and the yum caramelized dried fish salad. Both were out of this world. The tom kha was packed with chicken and vegetables, but the soup itself was good enough to eat on its own. This was the first time we tried a caramelized dried fish salad but it’s probably our favorite now.

For entrees, we got the fish prik glua and crispy duck with basil. Both were wonderful. Each came with a good amount of fish/duck and vegetables. We were too full to get desert but will definitely try next time.“

“My husband and I are currently on the Whole30 diet. We saw that Tropical Smoothie Cafe was able to make drinks that were approved by the diet, so we decided to stop in. When we went inside, the manager, Tim, showed us the menu with everything in all the smoothies, and he talked to us about what we could and couldn’t have in them. He was very concerned with making sure we got exactly what we needed to keep to our diet. I am very impressed with the management and the staff at this location. Overall, the experience was great and the smoothie was even better.“

It helps to either have reservations or selecting a time that isn’t as busy because it’s so popular. My family and I have been eating there for over a year and been back many times. We love the bada bing shrimp for our appetizer. And my favorite personal entrée is the spicy seafood. Here’s a picture of it with a wide ribbon noodle maybeI weither tagliatelle or papardele. Just incredible. Homemade fresh pasta. Five stars out of five for sure.“

“A friend and I meet at Theisman's restaurant for lunch quite often. I live in Alexandria and she lives in Warrenton so it's a great middle point. We both love the food and the hostesses and waitstaff are excellent. The atmosphere is nice.. the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the music in there was so loud. We decided to sit on the porch thinking it would be quieter and it was such a beautiful day... unfortunately the music was extremely loud out there too and seemed to increase in volume as we were out there for about 2 hours. I noticed a few other people were saying that it was so loud too. We should have said something to the hostess but we had not seen each other in awhile. Wonderful place, but people do want to be able to talk and hear each other. Hopefully, this will get to the right ears ?“

The staff greet you with a smile and really take care of your choice of food and also give their suggestions to try other dishes too. They had mild, medium and high spicy foods displayed in the buffet. The atmosphere was very nice, clean and looked very hygienic. “Decided to try mae ornnit with my sister based on the strong reviews they have. Our server provided excellent, attentive service from start to finish. Mixed reviews on the food: Papaya salad was a downer. Lacks that nice flavor with fish sauce and papaya slices were sliced a bit too thick. Tom kha gai and chicken wonton soups were a winner. Lovely coconut milk flavor for tom kha soup. Fried tofu was pretty decent. The sweet and sour sauce for crispy flounder rocked, but I was expecting a slightly fresher flounder than what we had. Overall a pretty nice experience and we may return if we pass by the area again.“

“Wow! Besides the food being exceptional, I was also informed that they cook in exclusively olive oil, use good quality ingredients (no shortcuts), and their meat is halal. The owners are passionate and the food tastes like a lot of love and thought has gone into curating each dish.

I got the guac taco dip, Mexican chicken tacos, and pressed taco- flavorful, fresh and probably the best food I’ve had in a while.
