“I regularly order my favorite breakfast biscuit by app here and have been extremely satisfied with food and service up until the last couple visits. One early morning female employee has started taking my biscuit as soon as it is made and placing it on the counter in a bag for anyone to grab and my biscuit has been stone cold whenever she is working. I have been curtious each visit but i did ask this morning why she was putting it out on the counter instead of keeping it under the heat lamp. Her answer was rude and evasive. Granted i am only spending 4.44 a morning for a biscuit but i work hard for that 4.44 and i dont think asking for the food to remain under a warmer is asking too much. I have contacted corporate and will be avoiding the local hardees at this time. The app was a way to make ordering easier but it seems to offend the employee in question so i will be seeking a breakfast biscuit with nicer employees that understand cold biscuits are not worth 4.44.“

“They have there times just like any other place, but most of the time food is fresh. And sometimes when it isn't once I get home know that it is called and they'll easily make ends with me and replace order whenever I'm by there next time,very nice, But most of The Times these guys are having good days and you have hot fresh cook manner food & service, if ever they fail i be bk here with details, watch on going to other Wendy's in the next 20 25 mile radius,“

“Alright so, I was at McDonalds earlier today at 4pm cuz I was working on a paper, and I met the manager on shift, James, and he was phenomenal, I had gotten a large mocha frappe, and I had to wait awhile but yk, short staffed, people in the drive thru, I get it, had nowhere to be so I told him to take his time. So I go up there after about 20-30ish minutes and he comes up to me and asks me what I was waitin for, and he’s all chill about it, I tell him I had an extra shot of espresso and he’s told me I had to wait for it to get cleaned but I weren’t mad. He communicated and all that, he provided very very great customer service, definitely going back for that brotha. Remember now, James a great manager, very much should be an inspiration for any other managers.“

“Dairy Queen Grill and Chill is like the best freaking restaurant depending which one you go to if you go to the one in Canton I love it because you can sit down and watch the water flow by with your family and take pictures it's amazing always fast and convenient always polite love the workers there“

“I visited on May 6th. My server was Andrew. We often visit when we are in town visiting relatives. Andrew is usually working when we stop by and he is amazing! They are usually short staffed as most places are now & usually very busy. Andrew is very friendly, professional and always has a smile and goes the extra mile.“
