“I love McDonalds, I only go if I have extra time. The wait time is horrible. I don't care what you order, it's ridiculous. This is the one on Crater Rd in Petersburg,VA. They just put in double drive thru but it did not help with the wait time. They need to do better team work to get the lines moving, especially in the am when people going to work.“

Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible at McDonald's it is hard to get in the restaurant“
“Lunch break while traveling. It was busy but they handled it well. The double burger and fries was very good. My family had 2 separate orders and they were both prepared accurately. Restaurant was clean and plenty of parking during the lunchtime rush hour. Nothing against stopping there again!!“
