“I had visited the Kentucky Fried on Chesnut St, downtown Portsmouth. I was told they didn't have any white chicken for 20 minutes according to the cashier who said he would have to cook the chicken. I then drove to your store and the staff was very friendly and even though you didn't have the kind of breading I preferred, I was able to get my husband white meat which he prefers. I will definitely go to your establishment for my chicken in the future, it may take longer to get there but the experience will definitely be much better!!“

“Man the people working at night the 2 lady's and the guy ,KFC taco bell the need a race these are excellent employs, employees like this come once in a lifetime and you should cherish them. “12/13/24 4:00pm The young man working the window was very nice. It was great seeing a smiling face & a welcoming demeanor. The food was good too. My only complaint is that they have 3 desserts on the menu and they had none of them available.“

“Tonight was a typical expericence HOWEVER.... Tonight there is a gentleman handling the register named Dontra'e and he definitely impressed me and others in the restaurant. Store was understaffed and busy but he kept his composure and remained calm and polite while dealing with rude customers and stress of multitasking and everyone got fresh food. Not even the manager stepped up to speak or help. Honestly I dislike Popeye restaurants, but my friends always want but Id settle for coming to this location for that kind of service“

“Out of this world amazing doesn’t do chick n roll justice. Their food is delicious. The curry croquettes were delectable. The perfect mix of spices! The miso soup is savory and perfect. Their chicken katsu burger was made to perfection. No falling apart, cooked wonderfully. The fried rice special was perfect too! All in all their food is honestly the best. I highly recommend everyone to come here!“
