“I had the best hamburger and fries at BFC that I have had in many years, I usually order a hamburger and fries at any new restaurant, because that's the best way to see how good they are at what they do. This place deserves a 10 star review...I ate there several times when I was visiting family in Round Hill Va. I've had burger and fries from one side of the USA, this is the best. The fries are outstanding the buns and burgers are great, nice clean friendly environment. Wish I could get a dble bacon burger combo sent here to Wyoming!!!!“

“I popped in here because my boys were hungry after doing the Loudoun Farm tour. It was very quiet and Brian took my order and made my son’s cheese pizza. Vivian cooked it to perfection. My boys loved it so much I ordered another one. Both Brian and Vivian were great. Very friendly, smiling and taking care of us. Great customer service. Will definitely be back when we are in the area. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for pizza.“

“So everybody knows McDonalds. But this was the best McDs I have been in, in ages. I was greeted immediately when I entered and it didn't feel forced!

The bathroom was clean. There were employees available to help with the kiosk, also pleasant and smiling. I ordered my food, took a table flag, and sat down in a clean booth and table. Actually the whole restaurant looked clean and tidy. Very shortly after I sat down my food was delivered to me. It was hot and fresh. Again, the person who brought my food was pleasant and even asked if I needed anything.

I don't rave about McDonalds. The food here was better than the average McDs. But having a clean restaurant and pleasant staff makes all the difference in the world.“

“After waiting two hours to not get my food/finally getting a refund from another pizza establishment in purcellville, I got to order food from Papa John’s. From the second I placed my order they were nothing but communicative, prompt, and on time. Plus, they had my Dr Pepper. Love u papa John’s.“

“This four-star rating is based primarily on the hard-working staff, and their attention to detail. But I’d give corporate and local ownership a one-star rating for their “modernization” which lead to a factory-feel, assembly-line approach to customer service. Removal of the large menus and replacing human interaction with four large self-service monitors, leaves one feeling like a robot expecting 3D printed sandwiches. I realize this is probably cheaper in the long run, but it feels cheaper too, with a diminished sense of customer value. I also realize the digital age has turned many people into zombies who would rather not communicate with the staff, but those people can continue to place their digital orders via phone, as usual. The last thing I want to do is touch some dirty monitor that’s been handled by the “zombies” before me, right before the consumption of finger foods. Considering Purcellville has many other great lunch places, I don’t foresee being a continued local Subway customer.“
