I have been a customer for 20 years and have lots of friends in yalls business, I am a friendly person that likes people!Gabby is a good person so I wished wished her happy birthday and have a great day , she screams at me and kicks me out! Problem starts , I had 2 beers and she kicked me out? Then she grabbed the beer she just served me , I was playing the skill game in the bak if the restaurant and hut her arm as I grabbed the beer she was taking away;( my bad and taking responsibility).2...read full review

Gabbie is the MAIN reason I come to Bdubs. She is amazing! My order is always accurate, and she is prepared with our drinks once I get there. I wish I could double the stars I give her!

Whilst the food always meets the standards, the frontdesk customer service is terrible. First of all, they switch between tables & frontdesk probably because of staff shortage & no-one attended my family for the first 10 minutes. And when someone showed up, she advised us that it's better to leave even though we saw a lot of seats were lying vacant. I mean, shouldn't the job of the customer service be to encourage the guest to try their food by accommodating them somehow ?
