My daughter and I are vegan but taking dad out for his birthday. He got 3 dishes, scallops, shrimp and fried oysters. He absolutely loved every bite. He said sauces were amazing and the grits with scallops were perfect and flavorful. Said he hadn't had a meal this good in a long time. Pros: Plenty of outdoor seating. This is a huge plus during COVID. There is also a lovely view of the river. Another plus is that they have their own parking lot, which is nice since parking in Richmond can be tough sometimes. We stumbled upon this place while looking for somewhere with a view of the river. I honestly expected decent drinks and subpar food but was very pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. We had conch hush puppies, she crab soup and quesadilla with chicken. Everything came out fresh and hot.
