“My friends and I had a fantastic time indulging in multiple rounds of Lemon Drop Martinis, along with delicious appetizers like cornbread and wings, followed by a delightful dinner. Our server was exceptional, making the evening even more special as we celebrated my friend's birthday. To our surprise, they treated my friend to a complimentary glass of Prosecco adorned with a birthday candle. We couldn't resist sharing our entrees, which included smoked brisket meatballs, pan-roasted shrimp, and fried catfish, all of which were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous enough for sharing, and the fried catfish was simply the best we've ever tasted, prompting us to order some to take home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a cozy evening with friends or family!“

“Terrific staff and beer as always. New set up is terrible. Nobody wants to have a full service brewery. Nobody wants to have to reserve a table. Please go back to original set up. let us sit where we want. order a beer when we want. If we want full service we will go to the restaurant side. This may work at the other locations, but Richmond isn't Charlottesville. This was our goto brewery, today's has us thinking differently now“

“After this place has been on “RVA Restaurants to Try” list for about 3 years, this was our first time eating at Fat Dragon, but it certainly not be our last! The wonton soup was the best my mother has ever tasted…keep in mind, she’s traveled all over the world. The ginger dressing was so delicious, I asked the server if they sold it in bottles. The garlic chicken and basil beef were both so tender and flavorful, I would highly recommend them both. And last but not least, our server was great! Do not wait to try this place like I did!!!! “Our go-to for desserts, and they just happen to be vegan! Flavorful, beautifully prepared, unique items you can't find elsewhere. The savory options are amazing too, they are magicians with seitan. Don't miss their seasonal offerings for holidays! Most recently we had a delicious box of items for high tea from their Mothers' Day menu and everything was perfect and fresh. We are really lucky to have Sunflower Gardenz in our city, a hidden gem for sure“

“I come to IH all the time, right on my street. This morning I got the mixed berry galette and it is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Not too sweet, perfectly flaky, with the slight crunch of granulated sugar washed on the dough. It is absolute perfection. Please consider making it a regular 😍 Thanks for all you do. “Lamplighter Coffee Roasters in downtown Richmond has such a great vibe — a bustling coffee shop with a cozy, lively feel that makes it especially nice on a rainy day. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a classic, local coffee spot.

I tried the Brown Sugar Cardamom Latte since it was highly recommended, but honestly, it tasted more like a regular latte without the unique flavors I was hoping for. Still, the overall experience made up for it — friendly energy, good coffee shop hustle, and a welcoming place to relax or work for a bit. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in downtown Richmond and looking for that authentic coffeehouse experience.“

“I've been going to Jason's Deli for years now and they have a good offering of soups, salads, and sandwiches. It is disappointing that they changed the southwest chicken chili to a seasonal offering from being a regularly featured menu item. It's one of their best soups, in my opinion, and way better than the regular chili. Also disappointed that they changed the free for everyone items on the salad bar to only being included with a purchase of the salad bar. I just wanted a couple of the cornbread mini muffins to go with my chili but was told that I now have to pay extra for them. At least they still have the free soft serve ice cream.“

“These things should come with a warning label! My husband and I almost hurt ourselves eating these cookies so fast lol. We had them delivered to the hotel we're staying in for the weekend and they were still nice and warm when we got them. We shouldn't have bought a dozen because now we're going to have to restrain from eating them all tonight lol.“

“I came in during the day and had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to our server, Marta. She was kind and attentive from the moment we sat down. I have a fish allergy and she made sure everything I ordered was safe, carefully checking ingredients and offering alternatives. It made me feel confident and taken care of.

We were also celebrating my friend’s birthday and Marta brought out sparklers with dessert, which completely made her day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really added something special to the moment. Marta will definitely be my regular server from now on. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. “Our waiter had terrible customer service. We had a gift card and we had cash to be applied after the gift card and she did the opposite. She applied the cash and then the gift card, which is what we did not ask for she was not attentive whatsoever. The manager did check on us multiple times which was appreciated. Food was delicious but customer service from our waiter was awful.“
