“We typically stop here when we pass through town. This time, the food was absolutely the best we've had there. There was a new (to us) cashier that was on the ball. I'm not sure if there were new staff in the back, but everyone was on their A game. Usually the food is decent (which is why we keep going back), but today was exceptional. I hope they can keep it up!“

“Everything was hot. On my cheese burger for my taste, I thought there was a little bit too much mustard and ketchup. Also, they didn't have ranch but completely understandable when working. I'm fast food and you have something good. Overall, good experience.“

“Had a great experience at this McDonald’s tonight! The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the highlight was the young lady working the drive-thru window. She was super friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude—it really made my night. It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about customer service. Keep up the great work!“

“I come here a lot, and every time, I get great service! It's always late, so I can't speak for the day shift. However, the evening and late night employees are amazing. I never have to wait on my order, and if I do, it's no more than a couple of minutes. They are very accommodating when something is wrong or need to add or change an item. I really appreciate these guys. If its gonna be right at closing or a minute or 2 after, I call to let them know I'm on my way, and they have always been willing to help me. A great crew, huge menu, and yummy food makes for a positive experience everytime!!“

“The food was amazing and looked like it was greatly cared for. The location is a little weird to park at, but the service and product definitely made up for it. I will be coming back for sure!

“Feb. 27 2018 Visit-Ill tell ya what- i dont go to resturants i cant spell. So i learnt how to spell Chick Fil A so i could dine there, and let me tell you something about my expierence there my first time- soon as i walked it i was instantly greeted by a girl named Nichole- big smile with all her teeth still in there- after i ordered i believed that she may infact been in a relationship with my chicken patty sandwhich by the way she perfectly handled each layer of the said sandwhich- i believe God has sent one of his own Angels, Nichole- to sling patties in his name.“

“I went to Arby's in Christiansburg and got one of their cheeseburgers. It was bar none one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. I didn't get what the menu items were on the burger I ordered just pickle tomato and onion on my burger but it was fresh it was, the meat was cooked well and it was excellent quality. I would highly recommend if you want an excellent cheeseburger go to Arby's. I did get this order to go I did not go inside the restaurant.“

“Sunday morning, the store is loaded with guests and delivery orders are back to back. I made three trips in today to pick up orders and each time the order was ready in just minutes. They do a fantastic job keeping up with the busy hectic morning rush.
Parking: They have a lot that wraps entirely around the store to accommodate large numbers of guests. Even those in large trucks or busses.
Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a happy meal?
They offer birthday party options and specialized gift cards, and you can even purchase toys separately.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide double doors and handicapped seating inside.“

“Stopped in here after a day of traveling for a cookie. It was a very good cookie. The place is very neat and tidy, and the staff were nice and accommodating. All in all, it was a very nice store and good for the Riner area.
