“The customer service is awesome. I got there about 2pm and the place was full.I did take awhile to get a menu but I can not complain. It is not easy to run a cafe short handed.I had the chuckhouse with potatoes and coleslaw. It was well woth the short waiting time.This is one place you need to visit and bring your friends.“

“The ambiance is amazing! It's like a little piece of England in Lynchburg. The clotted cream is INCREDIBLE. The service is good with unlimited tea and the owner will stop by your table to ask how everything is. This is a Lynchburg treasure.“

“Awesome coffee! Joe Beans treats me like a family member! I go there almost every day! Love their iced latte with added espresso! Love their coffee! I am a little addicted to their coffee lol! The staff is amazing and everything always great! I just recently tried a protein shake from there and it was AMAZING!! I also really appreciate the rewards punch card with a free coffee! “Any of the stuff brioches were really good!! The service takes about 15 minutes or so to get a cinnamon roll because they bake them fresh and then top them. I got the cookie monster cinnamon roll and it was overkill with the chocolate sauce (too sweet). If I did it all over again, I would’ve asked for a cinnamon roll with a little bit of salted butter and cream cheese topping.“

“Stopped by on the way out of town, had one of the best bfast sandwiches of my life (eggs cooked perfectly, ingredients very fresh, loved the pesto) and ended up spending over an hour browsing through all the books :) atmosphere was delightful and I could have spent all day there!“

“I am leaving a review because the employee staffing the cafe counter today went above and beyond to check in the freezer for ingredients on an item we wished to order. We had a concern about an allergen and they were so kind to clarify that it was not present and prepared our soft pretzel without butter as requested. The snacks are so reasonable here and a nice treat while shopping at Sam’s in Lynchburg!“

“Rating 5 stars for the lumpia alone. The only place in the Lynchburg area I’ve ever been able to find it made in spring rolls.The other few menu items I’ve had are nothing to phone home about, but have been good. I’ve only ordered through door dash so I’m not sure if more options are available in person, but my only complaint would be how small the orders of lumpia are. Granted, I could eat them as my entire meal.“
