(I'll let that one slide lol).Anytime you work in a place that makes hundreds of sandwiches a day and you are able to make them edible I will be thankful.“

“Auto there a talion sub is so delicious oh my goodness planning of meat faster pause the bread is good it's very it's kind of aggravating when you put in your card and all that and try to push buttons to get through it but either than that it is my place to go when I can do it“

“Normally, I have nothing but glowing things to say about my experience at Jimmy John's. However, today was more freaky and less fast. The sandwich makers were moving very slowly and got the order wrong for a gentleman ahead of us. The young lady who took our order seemed very thrown off by that and reconfirmed our order twice. Once we received our food, it was very good, as usual. My only complaint would be that there is no need to put shredded lettuce inside an unwich.“

When I say their customer service was not only amazing you could actually tell that they we're dedicated to providing that service. “Had an overall good experience! Matthew (trainee) helped me out and did an amazing job! They made my sandwich just perfect! The only downside was that one of the older male workers was a bit rude. I felt rushed by him and he had a short fuse with a customer behind me. There were some miscommunications that may be due to a bit of an accent barrier and he got defensive with the customer quite quickly. Still yummy and a good experience though!“
