“Fish and grill really changed, since I last visited, some 5 years ago. The parking lot is kind of crowded- I didn't expect that to change in a strip zoned for businesses. But it's clean. They would do well to have one garbage can outside of the establishment but the sidewalk is narrow. The signage is visible. The restaurant is very open, airy and immaculate. We arrived, intending to eat in the car because we have a toddler with special needs: he's in keg casts. The restaurant had a separate area in the front, near the door that accommodated our needs. We are COVID conscious and wanted to be away from others. The food was fantastic. We had catfish meals and sides that were delicious, hot and arrived in a timely manner. My grandson was having a horrible time sitting and eating: he is in thigh high casts and he was not happy that he couldn't sit by himself or eat properly. He's very active and independent. While sitting in his mom's lap, he urinated through his diaper and down her leg. While we were ready to go back to the car to take everything "to go." Our server, Tiffany, came to the rescue. She went to the car and gave us a diaper he could fit and pants he could wear. I've never seen such a kind gesture at a restaurant. She is a gem. He's newly casted, so we had to buy new diapers (he's potty training but has to go back a few steps to a regular diaper. Tiffany saved the afternoon. I recommend Dish and Grill for the food (it's exemplary), for the ambiance and for kind people like Tiffany; people that really take pride in themselves and pass kindness to others. Thank you, Tiffany I hope and Fish and Grill recognizes your excellence!“

“Hey Fast Foodies, on my journey to Washington, DC. I stopped at this crab spot that I heard so much about on FB. This day they were serving they're famous $1 crabs. #2 males with a nice mild sweetness, the good mustard, different sizes but taste so so good with a wonderful price. This spot is a hidden treasure. The beautiful young lady at the window is very knowledgeable and great with the customer service. This is definitely a put the truck in reverse and come back again and again!!“

My husband ordered a salad so good he cleaned the plate, and his friend had the beet salad with salmon absolutely amazing. 10/10. We will definitely be back.“

“This place is a hidden gem! It was the very best pork Lo Mein i have had in all the places in Fredericksburg! The noodles had good amount of sauce and were not too dry like other places lo mein is! It had good amount of vegetables it was delicious with the crispy egg roll! I went for the first time yesterday and talked to the staff were so nice talking to me about their hometown in China I was asking about. I must now try all there other dishes! This was by far the best lo mein I have ever had with a good amount of sauce and delicious!!! Must try! I just put another order of more stuff again today! So far it’s the best Chinese take out in Fredericksburg!“

“I’ve been a longtime customer at Lin’s Garden and have always enjoyed their food, especially the lunch special with the four piece chicken wings and combination fried rice.

About three weeks ago, I ordered it and the fried rice was undercooked. The rice was crunchy and not fully done. I called and let the owner know because I truly like supporting local businesses and wanted to give them a chance to correct it.

Unfortunately, I went back today and experienced the same issue again. The fried rice was still undercooked and not prepared properly. It’s disappointing because the quality used to be consistently good.

Just sharing my experience so others are aware. I really hope they address this because it has definitely changed.“

Between the incredible food, excellent service, and the welcoming atmosphere, it made for a truly great dining experience. We left very impressed and will definitely be back again soon.
