“Was in Springfield today and wanted to grab something different for dinner. I’m happy that I stopped Village chicken. If you’ve never been here I would definitely stop and give it a try. We got the chicken, souvlaki bowl and lamb Gyro and a shredded chicken bowl. They were are absolutely amazing! We will be visiting again soon!“

“Love Pollo Campero! The only downside to this location was when we ordered our two-piece chicken meals, they said it was going to take 40 minutes because they had to make more chicken! “Came here this morning for the spicy chicken biscuit meal, which included hashbrownd and a coffee for $7.49. The regular meal is 25 cents cheaper. Store was very clean, and we had no wait in ordering. Service was friendly, and happily gave us the extra ketchup we were seeking, always saying „my pleasure.“ Food was good and hot; the biscuit meal is always a treat when near one of these restaurants!“

“I ordered the Mo’sahab 6 piece spicy chicken box that came with fries. The guy was very friendly and warned me it would take about 15 minutes.

The chicken was massive! You get very good size piece and I assume they made it fresh given the time it took and the fact that it was piping hot. Spice is very moderate intensity. The dipping sauce was okay. It would’ve been nice to have other varieties of sauces. Only complaint was that the portion were so large I couldn’t finish it. A 2 or 3 piece portion would’ve been sufficient.“

“I recently tried K BBQ, and it was a great experience overall. I ordered the wings, and they were cooked to perfection super crispy with great flavor. There are plenty of sauce and flavor options to choose from, and I went with the Golden Original wings, which did not disappoint. The order came with 8 wings, and they were filling and well-seasoned. As a college student, it is a bit on the pricier side, but I definitely think it was worth it for the quality. I was able to find street parking nearby, and the wait time was about 15 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. I would definitely come back and recommend it if you’re in the mood for really good wings.“

Stopped by last night and had a great experience. This is a family-run halal spot and you can really feel the hospitality when you walk in. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly.

Steven was friendly and welcoming, taking time to walk us through the menu and explain the specialties. The chicken sliders and the fries were delicious. Generous portions and great value.

We also loved the atmosphere especially the local murals featuring Leesburg Pike, which gave it a fun community vibe. Everything felt clean, lively, and well put together.

We’ll definitely be back and recommend Dave’s Hot Chicken to our local school for a potential spirit night fundraiser at Glen Forest Elementary.“

But the flavor was almost sweet, salty, and spicy.. Hard to explain. Fries were great. Employees were all top notch, service was impressive. Only one bathroom though.“

“I have been to this location twice in the past two weeks and it has quickly become my favorite place for fried chicken! The meat is very high quality and cooked perfectly, not undercooked and never dry. It isn't fast food, but it is definitely worth waiting for.

It is also by far (in my experience) the best place for spicy fried chicken. It is incredibly difficult to find any place that offers food at the level of spice available here consistently. There are also varying spice levels they offer that allow you to find the level you're comfortable with.

Finally, I want to add that the staff as this location is incredible. I have had a wonderful experience both times; they are very friendly, and understand the food they are serving. I highly recommend this place if you want something a step above any of the popular fast food fried chicken chains.“

“Hidden gem in Eden Center. Worth the effort to find this place deep in one of the interior corridors of Eden Center. True to its name, the chicken pho (great for those who don’t want beef broth) is amazing as is the Vietnamese take on seafood tom yum soup with rice noodles. Absolutely delicious and spicy. “Dining at shababi was an absolute delight. I came to celebrate after I finished taking my board exams and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. To start they brought some hummus topped with shredded beef and beat spread, which the former was my favorite. They later brought the roasted chicken which had been marinated for 48 hours plus. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

“I was new to the area and just finished a job and was extremely hungry. After scrolling around I found a place that had some food I recognized. Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. I couldn’t stop licking my fingers. The waffle fries were well seasoned and fresh. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. I also want to add that the hostess was so patient with me because I didn’t have a clue what I was going to get. Absolutely outstanding. Five stars all around.“
