We got the chicken, souvlaki bowl and lamb Gyro and a shredded chicken bowl. They were are absolutely amazing! We will be visiting again soon!“

“This was my second time ordering pickup from bbq chicken in Tysons, after being impressed with my previous experience. This time, my order was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived at the restaurant. It was a Friday mid-afternoon, and the place was not busy at all.
However, this time the chicken was less crispy than before. Maybe they used too much sauce, but the batter was noticeably thinner than the first time, and slightly soggy. The chicken meat was cooked well, but I much preferred my first time's results.

I will give them another chance to match the crispiness of my first order.“

“I’ve had more hangry joes since I’ve moved out east than any other restaurant, my family and I *love* it. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

“Had takeout from here a couple of times and while the food is good, it is a mixed bag depending on your order. The chicken sandwich was solid and a good buy but the burrito was mainly rice and was lacking flavor. The prices are also pretty steep, expect to pay over $20 for just a sandwich and a side before a drink. An entree alone will run you close to $20, which is a high price to pay for just a sandwich, burrito, tenders, etc. WooBoi is worth trying but it won’t be a viable frequent option for many due to the cost of goods.“

“Wow! I thought at first that the food would just be ok. Chick fil a was pretty close by so I took a risk by passing on it. Little did I know, this place is FAR better than chick fila. The portion sizes are hugeee. The chicken sandwich alone is extremely filling and there’s enough fries to induce a food coma 10x over. The spice was also decent, I would consider it above white spice level but below what you might expect something spicy to be. I was satisfied wih the flavor though and the chicken was perfectly fried. Crispy outside and juicy inside. I recommend getting the loaded sandwich, it’s worth the extra toppings. They don’t skimp!!! I got the blackberry lemonade and it was delicious. Not overly artificial and a good sweetness level, tastes exactly as described. All in all, Hot Lola’s has superb fried chicken and is a great value!“

“The food is great. Even the mild has a kick so I cannot imagine how hot the hottest one is. Service was fast. The reason I gave this a four is because an employee was on his break and taking up an entire large table with the only cushion bench seats. We had to sit at a two top because he was taking up a large table alone and for the entire 45 min we were there. This was on a Saturday night at 6 pm. So a peak time and it was full, half way through we were able to put two two tops together when someone left. They need to teach their employees to allow paying customers to sit in their seats.“

Family kebob our new go to for Indian.This is a small place with a few table and chairs and a small parking lot (free). The employees are extremely nice, talkative, and provided excellent service. The food was made to order and piping hot and fresh.My wife and I had: lamb kebob, lamb curry, and a side of their spinach. The spinach was amazing. I like that it is tasty but doesn’t have cream, which is typical. Very good.The lamb kebob is a huge serving and was the best dish there that we had. Followed by the lamb curry, which was also top-notch. I also liked their chickpea casserole. I would give the food a 10 out of 10.I would recommend maybe sprucing up the inside a little bit so that it would be more accommodating to people eating in, but this is definitely our go to moving forward and great for takeout.We paid about 47 bucks with a tip and had significantly leftovers. Great value! We will be back.“

“2025 update: family size “palabok noodles”, bucket of fried chicken with gravy, and mango-peach pies we had was so savory and simply delicious!
The fried chicken is so good with or without the gravy. Their peach-mango pies are delicious! The Filipino noodle dish called “palabok” so scrumptious with a squeeze of lemon juice.“

“Unfortunately with Burke being a super kid friendly area, and this being one of the only fast food places with a play place- this place is BUSY. It’s crowded, there isn’t enough seating during busy times, and the play place is arguably too small for the number of kids that want to play. With a few exceptions, the food is usually good, and my order is usually accurate. A few times they have missed things in our orders, and a few times my salads have been a bit wilted, but otherwise the food has been good. Service is usually quick and friendly considering the amount of traffic this place gets.

Parking: At busy times, the parking lot is packed and you have to park across the street at Kohl’s.“

“I was new to the area and just finished a job and was extremely hungry. After scrolling around I found a place that had some food I recognized. Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. I couldn’t stop licking my fingers. The waffle fries were well seasoned and fresh. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. “Dining at shababi was an absolute delight. I came to celebrate after I finished taking my board exams and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. To start they brought some hummus topped with shredded beef and beat spread, which the former was my favorite. They later brought the roasted chicken which had been marinated for 48 hours plus. Every bite was so flavorful. As this is a pop up I recommend you go soon and get a feel for Palestinian food“

“I've been eating at China King since 2011. It is not fancy at all but it is very tasty and very cheap (especially for lunch). Their lunch "number 1" Kung Pao chicken is my favorite. I drive 20 minutes to get my fix :) Their Singapore Rice noodles are fantastic (and did I mention cheap?)“
