“I have been to this Bojangles countless times over the years. Today's visit was pretty good. Came in about 3:30pm and there were a few tables taken, but it was empty. Food came and it was hot and tasty, except for the fries. The place is clean but used to look far better inside. It's not bad now, but it's just sort of plain. Service was pretty good. Every soda I tried tasted off! Other notable thing is a picnic table outside that you could sit at.

Overall, the chicken was great, as was the biscuit. Not much more to say other than a slightly above average experience than typical.“

“I came back from er. Went through drive thru. Everyone there is sweet and makes sure your taken care of. Even with food still cooking we were in and out through drivethrough in a jiffy. Highly recommend this location and the food has hit every time I go!“

“This is a excellent Taco Bell location in Martinsville . I really enjoy the liberty street Taco Bell , they are very friendly and welcoming . They make sure you are greeted as soon as you walk in . The food is made well and tastes better than the other Taco Bell’s I’ve visited . It’s much better than the Rocky Mount location or any of the ones in Roanoke . The last 3 visits I’ve had to the liberty street location were flawless . The nachos bell grande was the best I’ve had at any Taco bell. Thank you !“

“My very tired elderly older sister and I came through the drive-thru after a horrendous day in the heat and many many hours of being on the road and came through the drive-thru in ordered some coffee cuz we so needed some coffee and my sister was a little bit more snappy than I was and chick flying disorder a shocked the cashier order filler but I guess you realize that she was a bit tired he was kind of showing on her face and so he handled it beautifully wasn't a problem he just kept a smile on his face the confused looking his eyes but a smile on his face and dealt with us expertly I would recommend this place to anybody“

“We used the app outside in the parking lot. The employees got the 40$ order 100% correct. So yay on that part 👏...it was just slow...like the fry person didn't move from one tile on the floor. There was a younger man running around doing everything....filling ice in drive thru, checking on burgers cooking, going to the walk-ins grabbing needed supplies....he was definitely a hard worker. “This is for Collinsville VA taco bell. I pulled into the drive-thru order 30 minutes before close ( I just finished my shift as well). Considering that it was late and they were probably trying to close, they were still friendly and quick on filling the order. The food was correct, and I will remark that it did taste better than usual. The crunchwrap I ordered was not falling apart, and the burrito wasn't soggy. My only regret is that I felt bad for doing anything retail or restaurant based when they were trying to close, but the attitude of the crew still made me feel welcome.“

“I was currently at your location. I was impressed with the level of customer service despite the 2 customers ahead of me being difficult displayed. The hostess that prepared my sub was totally awesome. I finally received an actual regular sub. All times prior to today's visit I've been getting subs that were less than half of a giant sub. I heard her explain to another customer the sizes of the bread. She as well as the young lady that it was her first day on the job did very well today. Customer service like that is why I will continue to return.“

“Decided to get breakfast from the Subway in Martinsville. I don't know if a sub for breakfast is the best way to go, but I was craving it. This Subway is connected to a gas station. The lady working the counter was helpful and nice. All the fixings really looked fresh. I guess that at the start of the day it hasn't been picked over by customers yet.“

“This is not the first time I've gone to this Subway, but this was one of the better visits. It's clean, and has quite a bit of seating. The staff in today's visit were great, friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a pretty good store and generally is above average. Today's visit was just really good!“

“Nice quiet clean place, got my order wrong but when I asked they immediately fixed it, for some reason the chicken patties are microscopic, like you'd have to buy 5 to even get full. If you use the bathroom in this place you'll get a good laugh out of it, the blow-dryers turn on without you even being in their vicinity, the toilet paper and paper towels do this weird cartoon-y thing were when they come out and immediately turn sideways and twist all around, don't turn on any of the faucets, they will shoot water at you with better aim than any COD player.😂“

“Collinsville location is nice. They have a drive thru and great atmosphere. The best deals are online tho. BOGO footlongs. Awesome churros, footlong cookies, and a new footlong Oreo cookie. I love that they have avocado to add if you’d like. Large selection of sauces, every veggie you can think of, different breads, and cheeses. The staff is great, super helpful, fast, and friendly. The bags of chips are great, especially the baked lays 😉 but I think there too expensive. Overall, great anytime.“

“A teen was working ALONE when I arrived and had been alone for 3 1/2 hours! There was no a/c running. There was a very long line. He was making sandwiches, doing veggie prep, ringing out, answering phone, EVERYTHING! He was really hustling! And was pleasant and polite. No one else was expected to show up for work for another 4 hours! He deserves a trophy!“

“Great fried food. Awesome shakes. New policy only allows 1 sauce per tray even though you get a tray with 3 different food items. Nuggies, Tenders and cheese curds all 3 need different sauce. If it was 1 sauce per food item that would be ideal.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Randy at this Subway location for going above and beyond to ensure my food was safe to eat. I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome, which means I have to be extremely cautious about cross-contamination with mammalian products. Randy took my allergy seriously from the start: he changed gloves, used fresh utensils, and even gathered ingredients straight from the cooler to avoid any possible contamination.

I’ve never had a fast food employee go to that extent to ensure my safety and comfort. Because of his attention to detail and genuine care, I was able to enjoy my meal without any allergic reaction; something that’s incredibly rare for me.
