“The food here is really good! Their samosas, falooda, chicken sandwiches, fried chicken, gol gappay, and mithai are all delicious. However, their customer service could use improvement. The food preparation takes quite a while, and when it gets busy, the waiting time becomes very long. Additionally, the kid at the counter needs better training — our order was mixed up due to some confusion, and he wasn’t very flexible in resolving it, so we just decided to leave it as is. If they could improve their hospitality and maybe work on a better location setup, this place could be hugely successful, because the food truly is worth it.“

We ended up going with EID because Jim, the man we were talking with, went above and beyond to make a connection with me! We brainstormed different ideas and felt like our cake was important to him. We had no problem paying in full because of that connection. His communication was awesome and I was so excited to meet him when we picked up the cake. He took all the tidbits of our conversation and made THE perfect cake. It looked stunning and was equally as delicious! In addition, he met us at the door with complimentary samples.
