“We’ve been here twice now and the food is truly excellent. My husband had a gyro, I had the chicken tenders. The second time he got a chicken kebab. Both times we got the fried mozzarella and WOW. Everyone who works there is super friendly and I can’t wait to come back and save room for cake. Their dessert case is calling me. No pics because we ate too fast.“

“This is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to! True authentic food. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often! Everything from the bread, pasta dishes, to the desserts are all homemade and SO good. We even had a musician come and serenade us! 10/10!!!“

“The pizza is phenomenal, and I'm from NY and hate all the pizza here in VA except this spot and one other out in the middle of nowhere.
With 2 exceptions, the staff here were all kind of flippant. Not rude or anything. They give of the vibe of wanting to get through their shift. The girl that greeted us seemed almost to not even really be there at all.
So why 5 stars for the service? Patrick.
I think he noticed my wife has some mobility issues, because he brought over or food and some of the shakers then engaged us with a cheerful attitude and I'm not just talking about as a staff member. The man engaged us as if we were friends he hasn't seen in awhile and was amazingly nice and made our visit go from a common place one to something outstanding. Thank you, Patrick! “Craft 31 is my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg, but this dinner in particular was the best experience we've ever had!! Our waitress was outstanding, and the manager was so kind. We dined in with our 1 year old baby, and the entire staff kept interacting with her and complimenting how cute she was. “Had a wonderful interaction with who I believe was the store lead on Nov 16. The store was busy however she had a contagiously positive outlook and with a friendly smile, was actively helpful with asking about customers orders, completing them and ect. Fantastic job!

“I ordered pizza for curbside pick up. I waited, watching pizzas being made and seeing young man keep touching his clothes (side of shirt) while he worked. Not clean behavior. I waited for over ten minutes and finally went in to pick up my cold pizza. So much for curbside delivery and the prepaid tip for that service….“
