“My favorite place to come in the area. Spacious but cozy, and really great on a rainy day. The Enigma roast that they have today (11/21/2023) is probably my favorite roast I have had from here, and I really love all of them a ton. We recommend RND coffee to all of our friends from in town and out of town.“

“A bit out of the way but worth it. First, everything is made in house, hand ground beef, classic american fare. Secondly, they have a burger for all flavor types. From a ghost pepper cheese burger to a bbq burger, with milkshakes, the variety means you can have a different burger every day of the month and not repeat. Price is great. I wish the burgers were bigger.“

“Fun hipster place with a great beer selection. Food is really good too. Best omelets in Roanoke by a long shot, made with foodie ingredients. My only complaint is that the ice tea is terrible. I don't know if they skip filtering out the chlorine for the tea or if they are not fresh brewing with quality tea bags. Almost tastes like instant. Unfortunate since they obviously care about their offerings otherwise.“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“Plenty of seating, mismatched, more vintage, cushions for days. Pride flags fly in the windows, boldly. A number of living (actual) plants dot the interior, creating a pleasant vibe. The café is "pay what you can," which dumbstruck me for a second. A man snoozes in a comfy chair, knowing he is warm. A place with heart in the shadows of concrete megaliths. Compassion made manifest.Oh yeah, decent coffee! A middle eastern style vegetarian soup on offer during my visit.“
