“The staff here are the friendliest of any Starbucks I have ever been to and I have probably been to 25 of them. Super fast too. Such a great bunch of folks here. A breath of fresh air! Just wish they were directly next to us at the Book Exchange!“

“I went through the drive thru. Christina was the person taking the orders and ringing customers up. She was absolutely fabulous. She said she appreciated me, which I was not expecting, but it was nice to hear. I was having a rough morning, and Christina said “oh my gosh, I love your lipstick, it looks amazing on you”. That has made my day, and my now rough morning seems a bit brighter.“

“Top park! Spread out. Kids of all ages enjoyed. Wheelchair accessible. Can’t say enough about the grounds. Picnic tables. Swings. Slides. And more. The favorite was the zip line. Lake just outside the park fence. Didn’t notice bathrooms.“

“A rare 5 star for the coffee giant chain. I have certainly backed off being a frequent customer, but I still enjoy them. Especially on my birthday when they provide a drink for FREE. This was my first time at this store.

This is a newer location off First Colonial in a new strip adjacent to Target. Parking was easy, no debris and the walk up tidy. There is also drive up service. Signage is excellent.

The new Starbucks store layouts are super attractive and sleek. Lots of comfortable seating and natural light. The store was spic and span. My visit was on a weekday afternoon and it was decently busy.

Counter at the service was nice and the staff wished me a happy birthday when presenting my reward. I ordered a lemon cake, chocolate chip cookie and a venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with extra shot. I utilized the app for my purchase.

My order took a bit longer than expected due to the drive thru being slammed. All good as it arrived within 10 minutes and was correct. Everything was yum, especially my Frappuccino which can be on and off on prep.

Prior to leaving I utilized the restroom. They offer two gender neutrals, an employee was exiting after just having cleaned it. The facilities were sparking clean with proper supplies. When exiting the same staff was emptying trash. This activity elevated my review to a 5.

Look forward to returning.

“I frequent this location to get work done and it's always an enjoyable experience. The baristas are always friendly, helpful, and just overall a joy to be around. The music is on point, the coffee is always great and my son enjoys his cakepops or lemon loafs. 10/10“

“Shawn (young gang-affiliated black man) made my caramel brulee latte. He was VERY rude and several times attempted to STEAL my phone and also did not wear a hairbun when making my latte. This caused one of his dreads to fall into my latte and he didn't remove it. Then, he pronounced my wife's name "Jes-ee-ca" instead of Jessica. They always have to put their own swing on it. ? That being said, the dread added a unique flavor that I have not tasted before. I recommend you go there and try your latte with one of his dreads, it is quite unique.5/5“

“My go-to Starbucks for when i am next door at Navy Fed or Discount Tires, or when I'm coming back from work in the morning on a weekend or off day. I usually order the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and they always do a good job when they make it. I've tried the same thing on other locations around the area and they just couldn't get it right. If anything, the airport Starbucks in Norfolk is pretty close and the airport in Seattle did it right as well. The staff is super friendly, even when there's a rush going on.“

My drinks are made correctly about 90% of the time, and on the rare occasion something is off, they are always quick and courteous about fixing it without any fuss. The coffee itself is classic Starbucks quality – you know exactly what you're going to get, and it's a comforting, familiar taste. The mobile ordering system works seamlessly with this location; orders are almost always ready and waiting on the pickup counter when promised, which is a huge plus for a quick in-and-out.
Why not a perfect five stars? Occasionally, due to the high volume, you might encounter minor inconsistencies – a coffee that's not quite full to the top or a breakfast sandwich that's been sitting a little too long. It’s also not uncommon for popular food items to be sold out later in the day. However, these are small issues in the grand scheme of things.
Overall, this is a very well-run Starbucks. For its speed, convenience, and the consistently pleasant demeanor of its staff, it’s a solid four-star location that dependably serves the Great Neck community.“

“Fast, Friendly, and Always on Their A-Game!

I’m a regular at the Starbucks on 2300 Virginia Beach Blvd (London Bridge Store), and I have to say—this location brightens my day every time I visit!

They are hands down the fastest Starbucks drive-thru in the area, and the team is always friendly, efficient, and on top of their game. They truly have the A-Team working here, and it shows in their consistent speed, service, and great attitude.

If you're looking for a quick, friendly, and top-notch Starbucks experience, this is the place to go!“

“This location got an update since my last visit. I like the new design though they severely reduced the number of tables inside. Service was great and the food I ordered - an Americano and the turkey sage Danish - were yummy. I was able to work here for about an hour or so with no issue. Plugs were sufficient.“

“1 of only 3 Starbucks I visit.. this 1 is my main store because it's closest to me. I absolutely LOVE this crew!! They are soooo patient with me.. I used 2 only drink frappes, but once I was ready 2 start venturing out and trying new things, they taught me all about the different types of drinks and worked with me to learn the different flavors and such to help me find a bunch of new faves for each season!! “Let me tell you today would have been a total disaster if it wasn't for Kate. My car broke down my phone had 1% I was stressing. I walked in to star bucks to see if they had a charger block. Then that when I met Kate she openly with a smile and said no I don't have charger Block but we have a charger station I said awesome. Kate kept me smiling while I waited on my ride. She offer me a cup of water which I needed from the walking. I just wish it was more people like kate in the work place. She is a keeper.“

I went to go sit in to wait for a friend to get a hair cut next door BUT this has been converted to a walk-up & drive-thru only ?They do have seats outside, with fans & heaters, but it had rained so EVERY seat/table was WET ?Even the small counter top was soaked because the patio covering has a GAP where you stand to place your order!!!? “5/2025 - This is my favorite Starbucks. I never have any issues with my orders and they are super quick. Everyone is super nice and friendly. I really love their crew. The morning crew notices when I pick up my mobile order and always says good morning matea. They even write fun drawings or sayings on my cups. I love that they put in such effort. I don't normally sit in, only pick up inside or drive through. But every time I have picked up my order inside the area is always nice and clean. I would highly recommend this Starbucks.“

“Love, love, LOVE Mama J's Kitchen. I pretty much always get the catfish, which is the BEST fried catfish I've EVER HAD... but it's all good. Just get what you like and see for yourself. Waits can be prodigious, but it's a fun place and everyone's SO NICE, it's no a bad thing. Great staff, generous martinis, incredibly delicious catfish! Nothing about it that I don't like.“

“I absolutely LOVE Cindy at the Harris Teeter Starbucks on Nimmo Parkway! I am completely blind and deaf on my left side and have minimal hearing and vision on my right. Knowing this, she takes AMAZING care of me when I come for my PINK DRINK! I wish there were more workers like her.“

“Starbucks is always been great customers service to me . One time my order doesn't test right. I just take it back and the replace it without a question. Second time I order online but for some reason my order was not on that place where I want to be picked up but the give it to me anyway . Now that's how I call service. Without a question. “If you work in this area, this is a prime choice for lunch. The ladies who work here are excellent cooks. They also seemed kind and gracious. I've only been here once since I'm rarely ever in this office park for long. For that reason, I can't provide much info on their menu or daily specials. The day I was there they were offering a Korean BBQ.“

“I like this Starbucks because the staff seem conscientious. However, I noticed recently they moved the mobile pick up tray to the front of the store. It's a busy store with a lot of people standing and passing that area. There is no sneeze guard or protection for your drinks and food. There are also a fairly consistent number of homeless and/or individuals that solicit money for food ect. in that area. It might be better to move the food and drinks back to a more secure and hygienic location.“

“The temperature of the coffee is inconsistent. It's sometimes luke warm and sometimes hot. It seems to be like that in all the stores. It's not enough to keep me away. Everything else is great, especially the service, and I go there all the time.“

Parking: It's a tiny parking lot. Drive thru stays busy in the a.m., so does pickup in dining room. Sits between beside Firestone & Burger King. Can't drive out around the drive-thru.“

“I swung by one my way to work for a tea since I’m under the weather, and the staff was super nice. My friends order was messed up and they rectified it very quickly and gave us the other drink for free. My tea was fantastic, with no waiting, and the perfect temperature. I’m very impressed“
