“I had a bad experience back in 2021 with the Subway at the oceanfront and hadn’t eaten at one since. I moved to this area last year and felt the urge to try it again. I visited this location and was greeted politely, was given so much respect as a customer, and the food and quality of the ingredients was better than I could have ever asked for. It’s fresh tasting, the staff listen when I say “a pinch of lettuce” (some store just pile it on regardless) and they remember no matter how long it has been since my last visit. I enjoy going there, I actually do. It made me like subway food again after so many years.“

“There was lady who was polite and very helpful but one guy was rude and seemed upset that I didn't know the prices or that things change as I explained it had been years since ate there and I wanted to know if still have footling etc, I don't plan to go back“

“Came in for a last minute 15 sandwich order for an event at the hotel across the street. It was a young lady working there shortly after they opened. She was so helpful and willing to accommodate us. Unfortunately we took all of their prepared bread and the young lady was trying her best to accommodate the other guests with other options. She even called the owner to help out who came promptly. The treatment of this store was exceptional and that young lady deserves a raise. Than you to her (sorry I forgot her name) and the owner.“

“Hands down the best subway sandwich and experience we’ve ever had! We went into this our normal subway which has been remodeled but we’ve been there since then. The look is very nice and clean but that isn’t what compelled me to make a review. Normally we order honey oat but they only had one left so we picked Italian as a substitute for one of the sandwiches. After scooping two scoops of tuna the sandwich artisan asked if I wanted to switch bread and explained that the bread seemed stale so I went with wheat. Every ingredient I added looked and was super fresh. The tuna was nice and moist as well. Our sandwiches were simply delicious to the point that my mouth is still watering after finishing it. Maybe the staff added to the flavor fullness of our meals but in any case we will be returning. We appreciate the care in treating us like valued customers when so many places where you can get a quick meal do not. Thanks again and we will absolutely be continuing to dine at this location! “I did not catch their names but I couldn’t not leave a glowing review. Just left the store at 6:20 and just have to say what stellar and amazing service was provided. Had multiple orders and they handled it so well plus all the other people coming in and online. I wish I knew their names to give direct credit because they deserve all of it. “Went there at lunch time 1/29/25. The two young ladies there today could not have been sweeter, or quick at their job! The subs were great… the Diet Coke was carbonated water only….but within minutes they fixed it and kept on working. We have stayed away for a few years because the foreign lady working there was quite rude. These young ladies were amazing! Will be back for sure if they are working.“

“Great service and able to accommodate on-line orders. Placed an on-line order on our way home from a full day at the Oceana Air Show. We normally don't have cheese on our sandwiches, but the sandwich artists thought we had forgotten while building our sandwiches on-line. They had to-go cheese packages waiting for us just in case. My son made his selections and the young man was patient, listened, and provided exactly what an indecisive 8 yr old could asked for.
