“We ate dinner there last night and stayed in the Silo. All we can say is, "Wow!" The trout was out of this world, definitely highlight of our trip. Wish we ate there both nights of our getaway. Our dinner down the road was not nearly as amazing. Set the bar very high. We will just come back to the area to eat dinner here.“

“The food and service here were exceptional!! We had the crispy lobster and Caesar salad for appetizers then filet mignon and halibut for entrees. I had the melted blue cheese crumble over my filet and it melted like butter in your mouth. I have eaten at many Gordon Ramsey restaurants. I had our waiter Ahmed let the chef know my steak FAR surpassed any Gordon Ramsey steak!!!!! The service by Ahmed was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable of the menu and the resort. Ahmed was so attentive to us the entire dinner and really made the whole evening wonderful in every way! Would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!!“

“Woody's is a fantastic culinary experience and a must-go-to at the Omni! The food is excellent, creative and some of the best dishes we've ever had! Everyone is delightful and caring there, especially Chef Cordova, who went out of his way with kindness to make our experience one to remember! He's talented, creative, and gifted. “Always love my experience at both Jefferson's Taproom and Jefferson's restaurant. Neville in the restaurant took excellent care of me and will take care of you, as well, if you're lucky enough to snag him. Irini in the Taproom is fabulous and I have had the pleasure of interacting with her for several years. The menus are excellent- more casual fare in the Taproom and some interesting, more specialized options in the restaurant. I had Hopping John with the salmon option and it was excellent. The sear on the salmon was perfect and the Hopping John was an interesting derivation from other versions I have had. Excellent, efficient service as well.“

“I loved everything about my dining experience. I was not expecting to eat from their Friday- night-buffet because when making my dinner reservation, open table gave me the choice of buffet or ordering off the menu (which I selected). I got there and you have to eat the buffet only on Friday nights. I was so happy that it all turned out like this...best food ever and the server (Oscar) made our time so special. He was a pleasure to guide us through the evening and went out of his way to even get us blankets for the outside fireplace that we were heading to next. The trout was prepared by a chef while you watched and it was superb...totally amazing and the lobster pasta is a must try! The shrimp were chilled perfectly and the Italian pasta bar was worth the small line to wait in. The way that they prepared it reminded me of areas in Italy. It totally is a must to try and to experience.“
