“I just wanted to drop in and say that I have rarely experienced customer service and kindness on the scale of the Subway Manager, Colby - at this location yesterday. My car had become disabled on the highway and I had to wait over 6 hours on a tow. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome, let me know I was free to use the inside chargers, and not have to sit in my vehicle the entire time. The rest of the staff were hard working and kind as well. Can’t recommend enough. A+++“

“Stopped for dinner heading home. Got a chicken breast and mashed potatoes. The lady that took our order was very patient and efficient. Everything tasted good. While we were there I was able to witness a kind young man carry a tray of food for an elderly man with a cane to the table for him. Very kind and considerate of him to help. For a fast food place the bathroom was immaculate on my visit. Did have to ask for forks, ketchup and hot sauce.“

“I went to this DQ location on April 18th at around 9pm and even though it was a bit rowdy inside the kitchen, those kids seem to enjoy working with each other. I especially liked the way the Audri, the drive thru attendant, cared for our order. Will dine here again“

“Came here with my bestie for a quick lunch and encountered Ms Tamia! She was a fantastic host and server, our food came promptly and the price was right. The customer service here is awesome! Dude was hilarious threatening to charge the bassist $30 for extra napkins. We all sang along to Whitney on the radio and laughed while they made our lunch. “I've been here several times around lunch time and have always had a good experience. Service was prompt and the food seemed fresh. I've never seen the dining room very busy during lunch hours, but there's usually a short line when I come. There is not a lot of parking however.“

“I’m specifically writing this review for Gabe. A young man who worked on 10/15/26, evening shift. I called him because I thought they had messed up a sub I ordered. After reviewing my order, I realized it was MY mess up. Gabe was so nice , so professional, and honestly made my day. His customer service was top tier. Since it was an allergy issue, he fixed the sub for us which he did not have to do.

If this guy doesn’t get a raise ; I might not come back.“
