“I just wanted to drop in and say that I have rarely experienced customer service and kindness on the scale of the Subway Manager, Colby - at this location yesterday. My car had become disabled on the highway and I had to wait over 6 hours on a tow. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome, let me know I was free to use the inside chargers, and not have to sit in my vehicle the entire time. The rest of the staff were hard working and kind as well. Can’t recommend enough. A+++“

“Food is absolutely wonderful but be forewarned, if you are going to get the chicken strip basket and have the chicken covered in sauce.... Dairy Queen is apparently another business that the chicken product in the container and then just squirts barbecue sauce on top of it instead of tossing it in a bowl the correct way and having all of the chicken covered in sauce container with chicken in it barbecue sauce all over the top, and a bunch of pieces of chicken not being in sauce as well as a good inch of sauce at the bottom of the container. Hate that“

“Stopped for dinner heading home. Got a chicken breast and mashed potatoes. The lady that took our order was very patient and efficient. Everything tasted good. While we were there I was able to witness a kind young man carry a tray of food for an elderly man with a cane to the table for him. Very kind and considerate of him to help. For a fast food place the bathroom was immaculate on my visit. Did have to ask for forks, ketchup and hot sauce.“

“I JUST got a corndog from here. I’m not big on corndogs so I got one to split. It’s so good we’re headed back to grab another lol. They took a classic food item and just elevated its flavor some. The batter is not dull like most. Great spot to grab a quick bite.“

“I went to this DQ location on April 18th at around 9pm and even though it was a bit rowdy inside the kitchen, those kids seem to enjoy working with each other. I especially liked the way the Audri, the drive thru attendant, cared for our order. Will dine here again“

“BP and Subway Store 127 in Verona Virginia is so blessed to have Ms Megan working there. She was sweet, polite, fast and efficient. She went out of her way to help and accommodate me. I had eye surgery at UVA yesterday. I am struggling to see with only one bad eye without contacts or glasses. I can not emphasize how kind and fast Megan worked filling my family's and other customers orders. She graciously helped me order. She is a great asset to this store showing her skilled management of employees, knowledge, efficiency and empathy. She quickly helped coworkers fill multiple orders while helping other employees navigate and fly through the checkout process with ease. The store is very clean and stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this store for the weary traveler, family or anyone. If you are a veteran, special needs or have family members who are you can stop here knowing all will be taken care of with love and respect.

“What a pleasant Burger king. We came in 6/17 and were blown away! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, which was nice. The male manager who took my order was awesome. He was patient with my son who was taking forever to order, on top of that he recommended the new Jelepeno Whopper which was delicious! As we were enjoying our meal, he came around to us and asked us how everything was.
10 out of 10 service, food, and atmosphere!
Because of this experience, we will be back!“
