“We were getting ready to leave town and went online to look for a coffee shop. We prefer local and on the way. Elite Coffee came up with a few reviews but all were wonderful so we decided to give it a try. A little off the road but easy to find and plenty of parking. The space itself is very lovely from the swirled color in the floor to the nice couches and chairs and tables. We both got the Pistachio Cream specialty and it was delicious. Smooth, creamy, bold and not too sweet like a lot of coffee shops have. The gentleman crafting the coffee is a coffee wizard. Meticulously combining the individual ingredients to create coffee magic. I highly recommend Elite Coffee. Please do stop in and see them. Oh and the crossiant was fresh, flaky and delicious.“

“Kingship coffee is so good I decided to serve it exclusively at my Bistro & Bakery. Viktor is expertly knowledgeable in the many facets of roasting and brewing, it is mind boggling. The customer service is a standard bearer for other local businesses.“

“I LOVE Grit Coffee and am so glad they are here in Williamsburg. I followed Brit (the most amazing barista) over from another local shop because their customer service and coffee knowledge is top tier. I would highly recommend Grit to anyone (and I do regularly!).
In reference to the review posted by Jacob about the cashier/barista wearing a mask: have you ever thought about anyone except yourself for a moment? People have worn masks for long before the pandemic. People who wear them usually have chronic illnesses and are avoiding germs that would make them severely ill, or worse. I’m honestly not sure how someone wearing a mask affects the service you received or the quality of the product.“

“Ooooh! These Duck Donuts were super soft and delish!!! Peach Cobbler was my favorite! Other flavors were Oreo, Cinnamon, and Blueberry!!!

“I've been quite a few times and the food is always good. The only issue was that about a month ago I asked if they took cash and the one working the register said yes however upon going in yesterday I was informed that they would only take card and had been since the start of the pandemic.“

Lots of kids with parents who allowed them to be a bit out of control but still behaving considerately with other adult customers. Crowded, but food came out fast. The woman running the cash register was also required to help prepare and manage the orders. Not an efficient service model, especially when it is busy on a weekend.“

So the only thing that really distinguishes one staff from another is the staff.\n\nI was impressed with the staff. “There is no much to say about Starbucks! Well known wherever you go to , great products , nicely weird staff , nice ambience, great locations and so on....One star goes down for prices! Compering to other coffee shops, they are more than expensive ...$4.76 for a small flavored latte is outrages! Taste & quality is there , but price is still to high ! $5 for a coffee it could be an investment...For someone who makes $50 a day after taxes ( around 50% of american population includes Starbucks employees ) Starbucks coffee is a luxury and shouldn't be that way!“

“Starbucks is my absolute favorite! I live outside the area but travel 64 to Richmond for work. Midway is one of my favorite Starbucks at 800 E Rochambeau Dr. Everyone is always great, but this morning in particular the sweetest young lady working the drive thru @7:30 am just made and blessed my day. I, unfortunately did not ask her name, but ANGELS are just there when you need them to be. My order was great as always. Thank you for your products, customer service, and staff. “Great experience at this Starbucks! I ordered an item that was no longer on the menu. It is a seasonal item. I had been to other Starbucks before and they didn't know what I was talking about. Another employee overheard the conversation and assisted the other employee. When we got up to the window to pay, the employee took the time to let me know how to order the item if I came across the issue again. You just don't see that kind of exceptional customer service anymore! I highly recommend!“
