“As subways go this one is one of the better ones. I do go here early for lunch so I don't know what the staff is like later on in the day or on the weekends. As far as huge chains like these go you really only have to worry about being clean and the staff being quick and competent. This subway checks both of those boxes“

“Just got down to Williamsburg for vacation and came back from Busch Gardens. Found this Subway across the street from our hotel. The two young ladies that were working were very polite and attentive. Ordered my footlong Subway club and 2 churros with no issues. Sandwich tasted great. Very clean inside and excellent service.“

“Veggies usually decent, except spinach is often wilted and slimy unfortunately. Manager lady (I assume due to way she talks to staff) always has a scowl on her face and is not friendly at all! I hate speaking with her and have considered turning around and walking out when I see her often, but only have so much time to grab lunch. Other members are friendly though and make nice sandwiches.“
