“Have always enjoyed this "neighborhood" feeling Panera, but today the service was especially great. I had put in a pick up order in the morning at this location (mistakenly), but I couldn't make it in to pick it up. I decided to check about 2 hours later when I was free to make it to this location, but the bag of bagels was no longer there. I checked with an associate Leila (Layla?) who went out of her way to refill the order when she couldn't find it. I was prepared to eat the cost of my own mistake but she was kind and helped me out with fantastic customer service so I wanted to give her a shout out!“
“We had a group of 6 and the servers were great. Rainy day and we all has different kinds of soup. Every one of them was yummy
